RIP you served great for a bit more than 2 years.
Quality sound always!
Reason for my one star for this brand and it has nothing to do with this store is that it is super expensive and you don't get what you've paid for. I bought a Beoplay H9I in 2021 and paid over 500 dollars! The headphone now keep disconnecting from my phone is almost unusable. The slider on one side is off it's joint and is loose and broken. This should not happen to a product of over 500 dollars this soon.

Don’t waste your time with this store, terrible communication! I was ready to buy a $5k speaker and just needed to confirm it was in stock - called five times in a day and they wouldn’t answer their phone, just sent to hold then eventually hung up on me. Bought from another store that was happy to take my business.

This was my first time buying anything B&O and it was such a great experience. Yunho took his time with me to show me all of their different options, which got me even more excited about the brand. Highly recommend.

Wonderful shopping experience and an amazing store. You don't only buy great speaker here but also enjoying whole shopping experience. Ordered beosound shape from the store. Wasn't sure if speaker can be delivered to Toronto since I live in Toronto and store here closed permanently. Also wasn't sure about speaker installation since this is the speaker installed on the wall. Many uncertainties was holding me back. However, I had one of the best sale and aftersale service in life. Yunho, the store manager, arranged every single detail with me nothing to worry about. I got my speaker shipped in Toronto less than a week. When I was thinking about might need someone to install speaker, Yunho found me installer even in Toronto. Unfortunately government announced selfquarantine. Then it ended up installing speaker by myself. Yunho was always on the phone whenever I had challenging time to install the speaker until I figured everything out started to enjoy music. The store here is highly recommended.

I live in Toronto. My Beosound 2 malfunctioned. There is no official B&O dealer in TO anymore which is ridiculous given TO is the largest city in Canada. I sent an email to the vancouver B&O flagship store. Mr. Yunho Kim the director of sales and marketing called me right away. Mr. Kim is so very very kind and professional. He took time going through the reset steps with me over the phone plus contacting the B&O headquarter in Denmark. Mr. Kim continuously kept me informed and my speaker works perfectly now. B&O Canada and the Canadian customers are fortunate to have Mr. Kim working here. Thank you Mr. Kim. I really appreciate you.

Attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I was encouraged to try out the different products, and was given recommendations based on what I was looking for.

Frustrating experience. Bought Beoplay H9 here and in less then 3 weeks (!) noticed a rip on the cushion (obviously defective material). Store manager classified it as physical damage suggesting I cut it on purpose.and said they couldn't help so my only option is to purchase replacement cushions online. Great sound flawed by poor materials and ridiculously poor customer service, not recommended.
