Don’t bother unless you are dropping big money. They don’t seem to care about the little guy. Would not even check the received shipments for a part I had on order that was supposed to be in that day. Said I had to wait till they got to it.

Kelowna Banner

Just had my seadoo winterized today. Found that I was charged for oil change and filter. I specifically said winterization no oil change. Phoned them and they said sorry but no refund.

I called earlier in the day to ensure that the battery I needed for my brand new 2022 boat was in stock and after being told it was, and driving over an hour to pick it up I was told that they didn’t have the right size nor did they have any other machines they could pull it from and recommended either a kit to upgrade to a larger battery that would be at my cost and not warranty or a smaller battery that should work that I paid full price for with no discounts even after asking for one due to the mistake the parts person made on the phone. Terrible customer service. I should mention that I had to ask about other units that might share the same battery, little to no effort was made on the part of the parts people to find a solution and felt as if they wanted to just take my Money and get me out of there…. Not impressed

If you are looking for part or accessory for any machine Daylin and Matt will go that extra mile to ensure you get what you need. Will always recommend the parts team at the Kelowna banner any day.

Can be hard to get a hold of other than that friendly cool ppl got what I needed so I can ride again cheers

Salesmen and mainly the saleswomen here are awful. They only want to sell you what will make them the most money not what you actually want. Absolute trash company telling everyone I know to NEVER BUY HERE.

Colin has been nothing shy of a pleasure to deal with - he's amazing - answers all of my questions, is eager to help quickly, and very knowledgeable - I purchased several units from Colin and I recommend him for all of your purchase needs.

Droped my boat motor off may 2019. I okd the work any any parts they needed to order. The called me back today april 2020 no work was done on it and it would take 2 weeks to get it fixed. Dont ever give them your stuff to fix. 11 months is way to long to get a small engine running. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Banner Rec and the sales/service staff are great to deal with and I highly recommend them. Bought my Maverick X3 there and have continued to use them for maintenance and upgrades as required.

We recently purchased a used side by side from Banner and the first time we took it out it had a problem. When we notified Banner of the issue we were told to bring it in and they would take a look. Once the problem was identified they immediately took care of the issue and also went above and beyond to perform some other minor repairs that they thought should be taken care of. Colin was amazing to deal with during the original purchase, he answered all my questions and got back to me on time and kept me posted with any information that was important. Thank you guys for the great service I will be coming back for my next purchase!

This place is a must first stop. The friendlness of ALL the staff is amazing and their help has been above and beyond.
They made my buying process feel super easy and it seemed they wanted to get me what was in my best interest not just for what machine I was purchasing but also for what was in my budget. I didn't feel I was upsold by any means.
After our purchase we receives follow up calls which I never expected!
I had minor problems which I managed to resolve but they called me everyday to see if I needed any help.
I have so many great things to say but don't just read this review go check them out for yourself, yoully be blown away.

Great product, great service, clear communication and great staff! These people know what works. Colin looked after our deal better than any other motorsports sales staff we’ve ever dealt with. Great job by all the rest of staff we’ve met from the beginning to current date including Stuart, Jeff, Drew and the new parts man Matt. Amazed at the inventory of parts, accessories and riding gear the parts department has in stock. Was fortunate to meet one of the (busy!) technicians and he seemed knowledgeable and very professional. We would have no hesitation to ask him to service our machines. An overall enjoyable experience and will not hesitate to call on them for further purchases or service.

If could give less than 1 star I would. Pruchased a new Campion boat $100,000.00 in May 2017 form Banner Marine. A few weeks ago we were on the lake and the boat wouldn’t start and we had to get towed in, (OKANAGAN RESORT MARINE was wonderful and just came out and helped us - great service). We called to Banner next day and asked for service to see what to do and they said we’ll call you back and never did. Next day we went in and service manager said there is nothing they can do, even when I reminded we just bought the boat there last year. I asked to speak to manager and was shocked at his response of not wanting to even listen and he just brushed us off and said it was probably our fault, - he didn’t have a clue what was wrong and didn’t offer to provide any assistance. We ended up in a screaming match with colourful language. This was by far the worst I have been treated anywhere, especially when paying them a lot of money - WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
Story has a good ending as I contacted Trevor sales rep who sold me the boat who now works at Dockside Marine - he came out to my boat checked batteries but still won’t start. Next day he came out and towed my boat so we could get it serviced. GREAT SERVICE! When I get my next boat guess where I’m going.
