Bannister Ford Dawson Creek

Went in on the 20th of Dec. After a lot of running around. And extreme lack of communication and clarity. And a lot of words and things changing throughout the process. Which made us feel like we were just a sale. After all that, told us we would have to wait till after Christmas to get the truck, due to the fact of not being able to change out the tires. Which then pushed us back to the 28th to pick up the truck. We were told we had the option for the Christmas tree sale. But when we came in, to pull an envelope from the tree as we were promised. We got a shrug. Sorry. It's after Christmas. No given.
You have just a client that has bought 6 vehicles from you guys. Never again. Plenty of better places to buy good vehicles where the priority is a happy client. Not the sale.

Very unhappy with the service department. They did not listen to my concerns or requests. They did not fix the issues with my truck but charged a lot of cash. They did confirm that the truck has issues (one's that I told them it had) and wanted to book another appointment with extreme charges.

We bought a car from this dealership. Raj was amazing. Raj helped a lot, he explained all the features and gave genuine reviews of all car we looked. We went for a test drive in multiple cars. He was very patient. He gave us a great pricing. Other staff was friendly as well. A very memorable and happy experience. Definitely recommend

Warranty work was done and completed on time. The amount of work was unexpected by the dealership and they scheduled it.

I ordered a truck with Rob 2 or 3 months ago. Miles the manager looked at my trade in which is completely paid for and offered me $60000 which I thought was fair, with the price on the new truck the difference would be around $14200. Today my fiance and I drove to Dawson from Fort St John to do the deal. Upon arriving I noticed the spray in box liner that I had ordered from factory was not done, the tires were the wrong size, I ordered 275-70-R18 but it came with 275-65-R18. We went inside to talk about price, well the price they offered me went down to $58,000 and difference went up to $15000 and I wasn't getting it the way I ordered it. While asking why the price was more Sarah the manager got angry with us scooped up the papers and said if we don't like the deal we don't have to do it and proceeded walk away. She was very rude and didn't care about what we were told by the other manager when we ordered the truck and said this is the price now and that's the way it is. So we asked to talk the owner and he was just as rude and said that he didn't care about the deal that was made when we ordered the truck and when he re-calculated the price he added another $500 to the difference. I've never been treated so poorly by a car dealership than I have at this one. I do not recommend dealing with these people

Great service, they are quick to book you in and very knowledgeable. I always get my truck back on time and have an advisor go over the truck with me upon pick up.

The overall experience was outstanding. We weren't sure what kind of vehicle we want to get at first. Raj, our sales consultant was patient enough to help us find the right vehicle for us. He gave us a knowledgeable and honest answer with all of our questions. The finance manger, Will, was so patient with us as well. They even stayed after office hours to help us settle with our new vehicle. 100% would recommend to our family and friends.

I have been dealing with Bannister for the last 10 years or so. I’ve bought 2 trucks from them and my dad has also. The company I work for takes their truck there as well. Staff is super friendly and more than accommodating when me or my family is in there. They know you buy your first name and realize that we work in a high pace industry and can’t afford too have our trucks down. They are always honest about finish times and more often than not meet timelines. Thanks for everything guys always a pleasure too deal with!

Great service department, they did an amazing job making sure my warranty coverage was addressed and I was frequently kept informed as to both my coverage and repair status at all times. I was booked in and given a loaner vehicle and told it would be two days. Unfortunately there was issues found requiring an extra day which meant I was unable to come from Fort St John to pick up my vehicle. Once they had finished, they drove my vehicle right to me and picked up their loaner. Pleasant surprise when my final bill came in lower than my estimate. Any thought I had of getting a new vehicle somewhere else were settled!

I recently bought a 2021 Bronco and I absolutely love it.

My husband and I had a mechanical issue on our truck that needs to be fixed and had to leave our truck for a couple days (from where we live to the dealership we deal with takes 45 minutes drive). When we first arrived to drop off our truck and borrow a loaner on a Saturday, the reception told us that she has no idea that we were coming so she called the person in charge, she then came back to us saying she totally forgot about it. We got a loaner and on the day it was scheduled to come pick up our truck or the truck was supposed to be fixed by then which was Tuesday, my husband left work early for it, started driving and thought he would call and check just in case. He was told that they totally forgot about our truck and haven't even started it. On Thursday, they called and saying the truck was fixed and ready to be picked up so my husband asked to have someone drive to our place instead and they agreed to come by on Friday. A couple hours later, he got a phone call from Bannister saying they have no driver so they cannot drop the truck off. So here we are, a week later on a Saturday, my husband is currently driving to go get our truck. I really hope our truck has been fixed.

Professional, Well informed and friendly staff and got a great a customer service with prompt response.

Went for estimate to get work done. Estimate cost 285.00. I would say women don't go there. I have never been charged for estimate. RIP off. Not to mention poor service.

My son was looking for a good used vehicle and so we stopped in and talked to Paul Brent at Bannister Ford. Paul was extremely helpful and when a used truck came in on trade he even volunteered to bring it to my mechanic so we could inspect it. The truck was in great shape and we made a deal that day. I have to say this service was above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend dealing with these guys and Paul Brent in particular.

I have been dealing with Capital Motors now known as Bannister Ford for many years. They have taken the best care of my vehicle and always have perfect customer service. I live down south now but bring my vehicle back to them when I need. Well worth the trip. Great staff, knowledgable friendly staff, and honest service.

I'm very impressed with the care & service I receive at Bannister. I had to go out of town expectantly and they fit my truck in that afternoon. I purchased the Maintenance plan, and so far so good!

I was treated so well at this dealership all the people were top notch. Sales associate Ashish Kumar knew his products inside and out new hp ratingings engine displacement. Took extra time with me after the sale to hook up my phone to bluetooth and carried a pleasent conversation, he also has a picture of himself and his mom as his Facebook picture which I though was very heart warming. He also took the time to introduce the parts and service team which has never happened to me in the past. Offered me coffee or cold drink and a hotdog. I have purchased new vehicles in the past and never have I been treated so well as Bannister Ford. I never write more than two words on reviews but had to take the time to write an entire paragraph.

Brought my escape in for regular service and as I live and work an hour away requested a loaner vehicle at the time I booked my appointment. Even though there was a slight hiccup with loaner vehicles being unavailable due to circumstances out of the service department's control they were very quick to find a solution and went above and beyond to ensure that I was on my way to work as soon as possible. Fantastic customer service!

Awesome dealership! My late husband has been a ford man all of his life, and when he passed away a couple of years ago I found myself in need of a reliable vehicle. My hubby was a mechanic and he did all of the repairs and servicing of our vehicles. So I went to Ford Bannister looking for a vehicle. I had a budget in mind and thanks to a great salesman I now have an suv I love. I have had my car serviced there ever since I bought it and recently had the brakes done. The courteous professional service is to be commended! You hear horror stories of women finding themselves being taken advantage of at dealerships and I have every confidence in Bannister. I have taken my suv there asking questions such as where is the block heater plugin and the service guys took the time to show me where it was tucked away and we shared some laughter as it was staring me in the face. There was no charge just some happy smiling faces! I would recommend Ford Bannister to anyone looking for a vehicle or getting their vehicle serviced without a thought!
