Check in was organized & quick; work was completed in a reasonable time and I was contacted for pickup of the vehicle when ready. A driver was available to take me home after dropping the vehicle off for service and to pick me up from home when the service was complete. The service tech gave me a complete rundown of the service done and answered a couple of questions that I had.

From my first phone call with Jacob, to taking my new (to me) vehicle home, my entire experience was awesome! The staff made everything go smoothly. Overpriced for a quick check for a possible leak in back up camera $230 to say “yes there is water in the camera”
Tried to tell me I needed a whole new camera system. Thankfully when I picked up car the guy at the front desk said I could just replace camera in my own and it should be fine, no need for the whole new wiring and everything.

Since I can’t reply back to you Hyundai. No advisor ever told me about a diagnostic charge upon check in they took my keys and asked when I needed my car back. That’s it. It was on the phone when I called to make appointment they told me around $150. Which is better my But I know you need to make yourselves look good for you reviews. And make the customer seem like they were warned but we were not.

Right on time for the appointment, nice waiting room with free wifi so I could work on my computer while waiting on my car. Friendly service and pleased with the service performed.

I hate what has happened and causing me to leave this review. I bought a brand new 2020 Santa Fe Ultimate in Dec 2019. Great car with no serious problems. I recently had a TPMS issue and brought the car in under warranty. The service centre took my car in right away and ended up just reprogramming the wheel sensors and sent me on my way. Not even a week later the system does the same thing, so I bring it back in again and this time they tell me one tire was at 40 psi and the other was at 25 psi, so they made them all 35 psi and sent me on my way. After this excuse, I knew I was getting the brush off. Another week and it happens again. This time they change one wheel sensor and again send me on my way. Well, it happened again. I call for the same problem for the fourth time but ask to have them contact Hyundai for some help since it's a waste of time to keep doing this. They said they would and get back to me. One month later, I hear nothing. I called three days ago to ask if they heard anything, and they told me again they will call me back. Well, three days later, I hear nothing. Now I'm heading for a 6000 km road trip down south and will have to do this trip without a working TPMS. I know this is a minor issue and the car works fine without it, but this is my first Hyundai and I will not buy another one if this is the only dealer in Chilliwack. I have two GM (Hummer EV and Blazer EV SS) on order from the same company (Mertin GM) but after this I'm not sure if I should reward my business to the same owner. Furthermore, I have had my GM serviced at Mertin GM with great results, but I do know they had an ownership change.

Edit: Sept 11,2023. They made good on replacing the ECM on my car. I been driving it for the last few months and no issues. I'm glad that Bannister did replace the computer and not just sensors. Thank you

Took my car in for servicing- several things needed to be done - and I knew it would be expensive. Upon picking up my vehicle i was delighted to know the cost was almost $100 lower than originally quoted! In addition, the person who assisted me, Anzah, was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable that the overall experience was very positive!

My old accent was serviced right. I drove away happy as always. William is the man and has a good rep with me and my wife.

Recently replaced the old accent with a new venue…for me, the salesman Daya was great and the finance department made it easy and stress free. Thanks Rob.

Update: Service on the venue was perfect. I know I know how hard is it to service a new car. Well sometimes a garage just knows how to foul things up. Not this one. Service department was great. Friendly staff.

After waiting for 7 weeks without result for another dealership to find me the car I wanted, Bannister Hyundai immediately initiated a faraway dealer trade when there was nothing available locally, and had my perfect vehicle here, polished, and ready-to-go within 2 weeks! Our car broke down near Chilliwack, and was towed to Bannister Hyundai. We had to go back to Winnipeg and left the car there. Anzah from service department helped us a lot. Constantly updating us about our car. Explained all the details of the repair. Returned our calls in a timely manner. He was very respectful on the phone. Never shown any frustration even though I had a lot of questions. Our requests were granted. Engine was replaced and everything was covered by warranty.

This service department is highly recommended especially Anzah!

Nick helped me on my search for a new EV. He went above and beyond looking through all possible options. He was very transparent with me and gave me a lot of great information on EVs and Hyundai as a brand. He was diligent and thorough with my needs for upgrading a new car. Just bought a new electric Kona here. I love the car and it has exceeded my expectations which were already high after reading this vehicle's great reviews. Jacob was wonderful - responsive, knowledgeable and patient as he walked me through the many features of this car! Provincial and Federal rebates were a huge bonus!
