Very happy with my new Kia Forte! Good service and for the most part everything went smoothly. Didn't have to wait too long for my car either.

Good experience from start to finish. Appointment easily made. On drop off of my car I was greeted warmly and with a big smile. On pick up of my car again was greeted with a very friendly smile (even though it was a very busy Monday and a bit hectic at the service department desk. All work done was shown and explained. My car and I both left very happy!

Service desk is a bit understaffed (management issue?) but I was able to get my car back at the time I requested (thanks to the techs and service staff!)

Arrived later on Saturday with my family, had an appointment to look at a car, explained that I would need to leave with a car and drive back to northern BC. Car was ready to drive but hadn't been through their shop. They tried to upsell me on 2 other vehicles and at the end of the day I left frustrated they had wasted my time with vehicles that could be taken home. The 2 guys in the showroom need a lesson in good salesmanship and how to be respectful to people who are older than them.

Just got my Telluride, and had the best experience. All the staff were so helpful and great with my kids.

The staff at Kia Bannister were very friendly, and helpful. Owen did a great job at explaining the electronic features of the vehicle and how to set them up. I appreciated his relaxed, and understanding manner and I would recommend him when looking for a vehicle.
