Came here with a smashed out passenger window, Hoping to get it fixed as soon as possible.

The staff here went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and more.

The gentleman in the back cleaned up all my glass and even put some clear plastic to have it safe overnight.

I ended up getting my window fixed very quickly with the help of Jessica and Kylie. Outstanding customer service from both ladies!

Stopped in to get an estimate and was told they were booking estimates 12 business days out. Let's be clear I understand being busy staff shortages and so on. The person at the counter didn't ask what was needed, was the vehicle drivable nothing. Courtesy car? Nope, Nadda. I had figured it would be quite awhile to get the repairs done months even. I have been an auto body tech for close to 30 years, I've been in charge at some shops and no I don't fix my own stuff when insurance is involved. I can say that today was the most uncared for that I've ever been treated by a customer service person at a body shop.

This was a good experience from start to finish. The whole staff was professional, friendly, informative and all interactions were positive They answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. I highly recommend this shop you will not be disappointed. Thank you for a job well done!
