'A modern slice of Italy on Commercial drive. A fantastic cocktail and wine selection. The food is incredible and the ambiance is perfect for all occasions, especially late night.
•BISONTE - Bison striploin, medium rare, turnip & parmesan puree, balsamic jus & crispy rosemary.
•INSALATA - Varieties of radicchio from cropthorne farms, apple, spiced ricotta, mint & pistachio.
•CARPACCIO - Hiro waygu beef, lacto-fermented cherry tomato, parmesan reggiano.

Nice cute lil place to hang out and grab a drink! For me it was just a bit much to pay 16-20$ for a cocktail but hey its Vancouver for you I guess. I got the wagyu crostini and it was delicious! Def a cute place to come on a date though but a little loud if you wanted to talk loads.

It was first time going here as we heard good things. We were seated at a decent time, waitress was lovely. Food was small portions but tasted amazing. I was however really disappointed in the cocktail. I heard nothing but good things about the cocktails here. My partner and I ordered classic Negronis and they ended up being horrible. Waaay too much campari it seemed because it was a bad bitter aftertaste: (I typically have negronis too. I almost didn’t want to say anything but really wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. It was an easy mistake and had the Elderflower spritz after telling the waitress the cocktail she initially brought was really bad tasting. I only took one sip of the negroni so she ended up taking the whole drink away and swapped it for a spritz instead. She was very kind about it. The spritz ended up being really good so it must have been the one drink. I am writing this review now because I realised she charged me for that drink that was terribly made, plus she never showed us the actual total cost at the end of the night so we didn’t look to check, thinking it was as expected. We only saw the tip portion she showed us.

That’s an absolutely amazing place with high quality service, good drinks and tasty food. Classic cocktails are done properly and it’s super rear in Vancouver. Highly recommend this place if you want something traditional done right and served well!

We had a great experience at Bar Cordova. The four of us enjoyed the Chef’s Tasting menu with several courses. Our server was Brydon and was fantastic. Each of the courses were very different and tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed the embience, food and service - we highly recommend this restaurant.

My fiance and I quietly got engaged here a month ago and it was the perfect place for an intimate evening with wine and delicious small plates!

Kind, attentive staff. Food and drinks were perfection. We were there for happy hour and it was definitely good times.

Food was amazing! The pasta of the day was nhoque, it was divine, not heavy at all. Service is just as great, we were unsure which wine to order and the server surprised us with some samples so we could better choose. Will definitely be coming back!

Staff are always friendly and delightful. Charcuterie board has changed since before but still enjoyable. Wagyu crostini is a favorite of ours.

Very trendy and cool spot to enjoy some awesome drinks and even better food, Chef Luke was amazing and came out to explain every dish, the service was the best I’ve had, highly recommend!

Higher end tapas restaurant. Amazing cocktails.
We basically had every tapas and a few cocktail and it ended up being $250 for 4 of us.

Recommend the pumpkin risotto, the potato's and the wagyu.

Just newly discovered this place when everywhere on the drive was full. We lucked out and got seated at the bar. Service and food were top notch and delicious Love the low lighting, unpretentious but luxurious lounge vibe I'll definitely add it to one of my go-to chill-for-a-drink-or-two-maybe-a-snack places

Went here for a date and it was really lovely! The restaurant is small, so for those hard of hearing like myself, it was an alright place for chatting-not big enough in there to get too loud! I'd recommend making reservations since it is so small, walk-ins aren't guaranteed a spot, especially on busy days.

The food was amazing-we had the salmon crostini, the smashed potatoes and the cheese and meat board-both were fantastic. The board had a great variety of items, and my favorite was this sweet tomato jam.

The service was excellent-didn't have to ask for my water to be refilled or anything-great attentiveness.

The restaurant is on the expensive side, but the quality is apparent, and well worth it. They locally source ingredients and use seasonal substitutions, which I think is fantastic.

I'll happily go back anytime!

Ummmm definitely in my top 10 restos in Vancouver after our meal here. We loved and enjoyed every single dish. If I had to complain it would just be that I wanted more of everything! Keep in mind this is very much "share plates" style. The corn ravioli highlighted the sweet corn so well. Perfect place for a date night! Can't recommend it enough.

Edit: went back a 2nd time and it was still just as good. The semifreddo flavour changed but also delicious. New fave place.

The kitchen was good if tremendously expensive for the plate size, and our waiter was diligent. The manager told us to "scoot" at the end of our stay, so 1 star seems adequate. Wretched customer service. Will not be back under any circumstances.

Came in for a drink after work. We got here a little late so could not sample the food. The drinks were great and the service excellent. They made room for me and the Mrs at the bar. Definitely will be back to try the food menu!

Came as a walk in. Service was very poor! Was told to order 3-4 plates for 3 people so we ordered four but one never arrived and we left hungry. Chef seems talented but plates are small. I won’t go back again.

We love Bar Corso! Go for happy hour and have a fantastic Negroni (or two) and the salumi plate or crostini. Staff is top notch.

Great place to impress a girl for a date. Priced are a bit high compared to other establishments. The happy hour is a good deal for highballs. The decor is pretty unreal. The best thing about the place was the waiter. Extremely friendly and warm so paying the extra coin is worth it for a positive and friendly waiter.

Love this place. It's got everything: Date place. Great cocktails. The vibe is amazing. I would highly encourage to give it a try!

DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS. They will NOT refund you the reservation deposit. I was told it would be refunded after my visit but it's been a month and they still have not refunded me nor answered any of my e-mails.

Cozy chillax bar vibe perfect to spend a few hours in conversation among close friends. Bartender is very knowledgeable on their drinks and can customize to your tastes. Good food accompaniments. Worth a visit for a couple of drinks while on the Drive

The highlight of the night was the mushroom and rabbit pasta (albeit slightly over-salted). Everything else fell a bit short for us, including the service. We tried to order more food and drinks but couldn't catch our server's attention every time he passed by. We had to catch a movie afterwards so ended up not ordering more due to time constraints.

We also tried the salmon rillette and wagyu beef crostinis. At $7 a pop, these were pretty pricey for what it was worth. The roe on the salmon crostini was nice and fresh, however the rillette felt like I was eating canned salmon. The waygu beef was nice but the smokiness overpowered it.

We also tried the meatballs - the meatballs were great! However, the sauce fell a bit short for me and gave me Campbell's tomato soup feels.

Love the decor, ambiance and atmosphere - a very trendy addition to Commercial Drive. Unfortunately there are some better options along the Drive that offer better value and service.

Great food experience at Corso. Most things we ordered were really delicious but the wagyu beef tartar crostino is out of this world.

Highly recommend starting with that.

First time dinning at Corso. We were not interested in drinks but their unique menu for dinner. The bread with olive oil and vinegar dip, the duck, the rabbit and fresh salad were all very yummy. Seatings are comfortable with good vibe. Recommend if you enjoy European food.

Beautiful bar. Delicious cocktails! Amazing service! What more could you ask for. Highly recommend the beef tartar mmmmm and the elysian cocktail or espresso negroni!

Definitely my favourite bar on commercial. The Sangria is the best in the city. The staff is inviting and friendly. All the food was great but my favorite is the risotto.

A gem on The Drive! The service was great, they were attentive and recommended some great tapas and drinks. A relaxed bar atmosphere where the music isn't too loud. Our group loved all the food, but really enjoyed the wagyu beef tartar crostino the most (pictured). Also, the best sangria we've ever had - the corso bianco sangria! We will definitely be back for more as the chef has indicated the menu changes from time to time, we want to try it all!

If there is 0 star! I would. Worse and rude service ever. Never pour water at once.every time we check how’s the food.she just giving us all the excuse since the food took more than an hour to arrived. Can we no ask!? Also I wondering if is we are Asian? When we ask for separate bills. She told us they can’t? And she said “ it’s that matter, all similar prices? ? Excuse me!
