Barcelos Flame Grilled Chicken - Guildford

So use to getting grilled veggies like peppers and onions. I got broccoli, cauliflower and celery? These Veggie choices had zero flavor. I'll be sure to ask what the grilled veggies are next time. Other food was good.

Absolutely authentic Portuguese food with a blend of African taste and ambience. The service was amazing and they made us feel welcomed. Can't wait to return and definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for something delicious and sumptuous.

Oddly enough other locations have been hit and miss but this place has been great consistently.

Was surprised at how comfy the place is. Beautifully decorated and had a welcoming vibe. No pressure to eat fast or leave.

I ordered the Peri Plate #2 just so I can try all the different chicken dishes they had. Chicken was juicy and delicious when paired up with the Peri dip! Big fan of the wings and 1/4 leg. I didn't care too much for their kabobs (not a fan of white meat in general).

Service was super friendly. We picked a seat and then ordered upfront. The server delivered our meal and would come check on us once inwhile.

This location in particular is my favourite. I will purposely drive an extra 20 minutes to come here because the staff including the owner is so nice! We usually get the same thing when we come here and it never disappoints. 10/10 recommend

Pretty much brought back South African memories and taste of their Sause for grilled chickens. The garlic bread was awesome.

Extremely poor, unprofessional, and cheep service. This the second time I m experiencing a bad service and False advertisement. It explains the empty restaurant almost always.
While the server was bringing us food my drink got spilled by accident and they refused to give me a refill after spending around $ 120. Last time for me to give them my business.

Great tasting food! Some side portions, especially when ordered for takeout, are a little underwhelming in size.

I came here last week with my friends. The food was very delicious. There were so many options to choose from. We ended up ordering both veggie and chicken burgers. The place was very clean and the staff was very polite and attentive too. I highly recommend a visit to this place. Looking forward to visiting there soon.

I come to Barcelo's when I want good food fast, in a nice atmosphere. Always liked this branch as they have a lot of seating and the parking is easy. I like the food court style of ordering at the counter, yet they still serve it to you on your table. The staff here are wonderful. Especially the gentleman who assisted us on Family Day, most likely the manager. Which says a lot about how this place is run. Well managed and efficient. Food always comes quick, and it's pretty tasty. The pricing has gone up, as with everywhere else, but it's still good value. Definitely recommend this place for bigger families as they have big booths and family meals.

I'm coming here regularly from now on. The food was delicious, the fries were crispy and hot and the Peri Veggie burger is my favorite because of the patty. In terms of services, it was fast and nicely served. The staff was friendly. This place is affordable and great for a family meal in my opinion.

Yum. I LOVE this place. Clean interior. Wings are fresh, Supreme Classic and beef burger were a-mazing! Cannot wait to try other menus.

I am very disappointed with the service, quality of food, and value. When I walked in to pick up my online order, the female at the cashier did not greet me nor smile. I was missing Fries from my order so had to wait a few more minutes which was fine but there was no apology at all. When I came home, the Large Fries which I paid $8.95 for was not even full. It was only 2/3 full. Chickens were cold, dry, and not flavorful. Coleslaw was good. Corn was very small. Overall, bad value (not worth $80), poor service and low quality of food. Nando's is way better. I will not be returning to Barcelos based on this visit.

Can't go wrong with that flame grilled chicken and the wonderful peri sauce. Always a delight!

I had the best chicken over there, every penny was worth it, the place is nice and clean and the service is absolutely incredibly amazing.

First time we tried Barcelos at the food court, we loved it and wanted to try the food properly in restaurant set up. This location definitely was worth the go as the place has ample parkings and tables. We normally go to Nando’s but actually found Barcolos chicken even better. We ordered bery peri level spiciness and it wasn’t actually spicy. Nonetheless sauce was very good. Portions are good as well as the sides. If you like barbecue charcoaled grilled tasting chicken, Barcelos is definitely a must try. We would definitely return.
