Recommend this store 100%. There was a glitch in their inventory and an item I ordered was unavailable. Philip contacted me immediately to apologize and offer a customized shipping experience at no extra charge. Then it was hand delivered before I even expected. My fluffy girl now has an accessory that no one else will have and I am over the moon happy with the service. This is not my first purchase here and moving forward they will definitely be my go-to. I have a toy Pom and never thought it would be such a challenge to find gear that fit. This store has been my savior. Great people, great service, great selection and products. Thanks again!

We were welcome the moment we arrived, and they helped us find a perfect harness for our boy. They let us try many different products, even though there were people waiting outside due to the limited number of customers at a time, the gentleman who helped us was very friendly and attentive the whole time. Definitely recommended and will be back Thank you.

The owners really know their products and put a lot of thought behind every item they carry. Unique products I haven't seen elsewhere. We got great help while picking things out for our new pup!

Great selection of pet supplies, especially small pups, and great customer service too! Only one person allowed in to shop at a time, which means more stock available on the floor and customers receive one on one service and are also safe!

Lovely little shop with LOTS of stuff. We were looking for a harness for our nosework training, and we received great service.

We felt very welcome from the moment we walked in, not pushy at all! The owners (?) were so knowledgeable about the products, something I always appreciate. All our questions were answered and they showed us how to make sure everything was fitting correctly.

I have shopped at this establishment in the past and have been pleased. Just a suggestion to perhaps have some clear signage for how curbside pickup happens when a purchase is made online.

When I arrived, I double-checked the confirmation email to see if there were instructions for how the process would work, like what some other stores do. There was nothing. There were two women outside talking with one of the folks working (probably one of the owners?), so I assumed they were together. There were no signs advising what to do for curbside pick-up and the woman working with what I assumed were two customers together did not address me after seeing that I was waiting. Perhaps a "I will be right with you" or "the lineup is behind this nice person" would have been nice.

So, after just standing there for a few minutes, when the customer came out, I stepped in and a lot of hysteria broke out. Some shouting about where I should be, etc.that I am not next in line, etc. It was embarrassing. I apologized and got in line and went in when invited. When I explained I am wanting to pick up an online order, the woman from outside said, "Oh, I could have just given this to you. " I did say that it was a bit confusing and she agreed. Perhaps, to avoid shouting at customers again, there could be just a quick instruction or something so the customer doesn't just start trying to do the next right thing, which ends up being wrong thing and an embarrassing situation. I very much want to follow business' COVID guidelines, so I guess that is why it was so embarrassing for me to be shouted at as if I were not wanting to follow their instructions. There were none-only a sign that said "1 person or couple in the store at a time".

I was extremely pleased with the first grooming appointment we had at Bark, Bath and Beyond. I have a 16 month old Lagotto and in my experience there have been few groomers to date who have any familiarity with the breed.or type of cut or “look”. That the breed dictates. I picked up a happy, beautifully trimmed dog who looked like a lagotto should. Thank you. We will be back.

We shop and get grooming done here. Family-owned business that doesn't mark up their prices. There is plenty of close and free street parking. Super friendly service, so kind and patient with my special needs Schnauzer. Thanks you guys!

They did a great job on my puppies grooming the other day; he’s very high energy and rambunctious and this was his first time getting professionally groomed so I wasn’t sure how it was going to go but they did a wonderful job and I can tell Finley is much happier now being clean and soft. They got me in on the same day that I called with a last-minute cancellation which I was sooo grateful for because they were booked up into November! Highly recommend:)

Our beloved pet was groomed here for 10 years and was very well looked after by kind, caring small business owners and groomers. We never had an issue and found this company to be highly professional.

Have done such a stellar job with my poodle’s cut for the last year. Highly recommend.

My dog went to this store for shower and trimming twice, and i have to say i am very disappointed every time. My dog is a black toysized poodle, and he seemed like a flat head monster after the trimming. And what made me so angry was that after last trimming, about 2 days, i found a scar began to scab on my dog's penis, about 1 cm, it was obviously a man-made scratch from the trimming. The staff didn't even mention a word to me about this. That was the worst experience ever. I would never come back again, and i have told all of my friends who have a pet dog not to come to this store. -To answer your question, your store is in Oak Bay of course not in USA. I have been living in Victoria for 5 years so don't be ridiculous or try to do any explanation. My dog went to your store for grooming on April 5th 2018. Check your schedule if there is a toy poodle. And do not try to call me to delete this review, I want every one who loves their dogs to know the truth.
