Barnet Marine Park

I go at least once a week to clear the mind. Great walk after a hike or even on a rainy day. Anytime is good.

A quaint area if you're looking to get your beach vibe on. Great for barbecues, walking, swimming, picnicking & boating. The scenery is beautiful & there are some interesting sights to be seen

Nice park. It gets busy with lot of people doing barbecues and birthday celebrations. So make sure you come early.

This is a great spot to enjoy a sunny hot summer day in Metro Vancouver area. Great vibe, family friendly and awesome views. The water is kinda cold, but it is possible to swim.

Nice little beach just outside of Vancouver. The beach had a lot of debris not really recommended for swimming.

My dogs favorite place to go! It's great that it has a dog beach and trail separate from the rest of the park and it's great for families! Parking can fill up very quickly in the summer though so get there before 10am.

Fantastic beach. Lots of space to walk around and good shady areas if gets too hot. Parking can be a bit troublesome but overall great place. Gates close at 10 pm.

It was ok very rocky think i didnt go far enough but it was very hot so just had a quick sandwich and left

Great place to be near the water and chill.some of the beach is sandy so its good if you wanna take a dip.parking can be a nightmare though.

Stunning scenery. Favourite park. Five youth chose to be baptized there last weekend. Memorable highlight.

Long walks along the shore with nice views and a few boats to watch. We were not able to see any see life but did see a Heron. The off leash dog park was nice and big with water access. Distance between bathrooms is challenging with small children.

Nice place to spend summer with your family and friends.fishing and crabbing would definitely add to the fun

The kids have a lot of room to run around, they can go to the beach. There are clean washrooms, table for BBQ.

Not much crab left.full of old filipino guys keeping every crab including females.they have a system where they have 1 guy on a bike run everything to the car

Due to COVID, the only convenient pedestrian path from the parking lot is now a one-way. You have to use the farthest west path or the farthest east path to return to the parking lot.

There's hardly any pedestrian maps. Of the few, a very small portion tell you where you are.

It's easy to end up on the wrong way when you exit your parking stall.

Otherwise, the beach, park, and facilities are nice.

Nice family friendly park, the beach is mostly rocky and not really sandy, unless the water is up very high. Nice place to take a family, have a bbq or walk dogs.

Great place to spend relaxing time at the picturesque location and so beautiful scenery. It is very very busy during weekends so arrive early. During the weekdays in the evenings it is better and less crowded. Parking is less here so be careful.

It's a beautiful little park with a sandy section, rocky sections and a wonderful path to walk. There is a few geese there that poop all over the place, but my kids loved being able to see some water based nature in the rocky area as well as the sand between their feet. It's a wonderful little secret along Barnet highway. Worth checking out for sure!

Great place to unwind, bbq, picnic, swim, tan, ect. My only gripe is people bringing dogs there and sinage clearly states NO DOGS. I love dogs, Im a dog guy. But no means no
