I've going to Basant motors service department for the last 2 years and i feel it's time to leave my review. After several services done to my car I can truly say I'm very happy with my choice. Ricardo and his team are always willing to advise what the car needs but without the feeling I'm being pushed into spending more money than necessary. Good environment and fast service, thank you for everything guys, I'll keep coming back!

I took honda accord from Basant. Gurpreet singh khinda was very polite and kind who made our deal. The deal was amazing. They made me happpy with the deal. Fair pricing, good service.

Bought a 2021 toyota camry at a very reasonable price from Basant Motors. Mr. Parv and Mr. Gurpreet Dealt with me very professionally and did great communication to work out for a great deal. I highly recommend everyone looking for a car to visit here.

I bought a car in March 2023 (DODGE charger 2015). Everyone who comes to this country comes with the dream of making a better life for myself and my relatives. But at this time is not true, is not a dream.when I bought the car Golden Financial Line gave a 21% rate interest in an "open loan" and for my understanding is not fair enough. I just want to let you know what is happening at this moment with my car loan.several times I tried to get solutions from your team and the answer was the same "need to wait" but the question is:

What Time do I need to wait for this?
is really fair this interest rate? I guess is not fair enough cause I have to many friend that arrive to this country after I arrive and get better conditions, better cars (new year, 0 KM) and the monthly payment is less than my monthly payment.

How I can recommend it to my other friends Basant Motors? I have at least 12 friends who are near to arriving to this country but, to be honest with you, how I can say to them "let's go to basan and buy the car there"?

They attempted to rush me into buying an overpriced, dirty, mildly smelly used 2016 Nissan Rogue for much more than the market price. It had a chip in the windshield and a piece of wood over the battery which was the wrong size and it came with nothing complimentary or any warranties at all. Their courtesy vehicles come with almost no gas and their approach for marketing/sales isn't always their strong suit.

Worst Experience!

Has bought an SUV from BASANT on Jan 2022 and has done all services with them. They had told that whenever we need to sell the vehicle, they can take it in. But when I visited today to sell the car and they found it’s not trading, they refused to take the car saying they don’t have sale now and not taking in cars. They don’t support for their own customers.
If you can’t keep up your word, don’t promise while selling the car!

I’ve bought from Basant multiple times and it’s always been great. Trustworthy and clear transactions. Preet is always great in knowing what I like and finding the exact vehicle I want. Highly recommend

BIG RED FLAG-: THEY WILL TRY TO RUSH YOU INTO BUYING A CAR.
We didn’t get anything from there as we didn’t like the way they we’re approaching us. They were trying to rush everything without knowing our needs of the vehicle and what kind of vehicle we were looking for. They got my information quickly to get a pre-approval for the loan, I was like atleast ask us what car are we looking for, show us few cars and then move forward. Plus when I read their reviews online I didn’t like it and that’s when I decided not to move forward with them. Plus they were not convincing, I felt their manager was a bit rude as well.

While I was not pleased to see other people that I did not know sitting in my new vehicle as I walked out to it, I will say:
Quick fast service, and very convenient. Easiest trade in yet. Thank you Preet, you definitely changed my point of view on Basant. I will return in the future.

I had an amazing experience with Basant Motors, Preet helped me to go through the process, find what it was I was looking for and get exactly that. He has been in touch since and I really appreciate having someone help me who is so caring about his customers and makes an effort.

Purchased my moms RX there today. Went to another dealership this morning and had a super pushy salesperson, came here and had a really awesome experience. No pressure and pleasant experience. Had to give 5 stars for the office dog - too cute. Thanks guys.

Came in here today to merely peruse my options, as a young man starting a new family, budget and space where top priority. Mitchell was a fantastic help in helping me find what my new family was looking for. He was so knowledgeable with his inventory and helped point me in the right direction. Mitchell managed to find a “whip” (as the kids say) with all the bells and whistles I need, not to mentioned well within my budget. 100000000000000% Would NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM. Horrible customer service and they don't care about customers and what THEY want. More like they tell you what you get and that's it only one option. Very very rude staff and shady paperwork and I would never deal with them again. The 30 day return is a joke.they don't agree to their own agreement about 30 day return and then refuse to deal with it. Plus they lie on paperwork and they are a nightmare to deal with. Don't make the same mistake I did, cause trying to fix it and hold them to their paperwork is horrible.

Mitchell Dennis always offers to help me get a vehicle when I need one. He's been a salesman for several years at Basant. His servant hearted personality makes him motivated to find the right fit. I think of him first when I need a whip

Second time buying a car thru Bassant, amazing customer service as soon as you walk thru the doors. My sales man Preet worked with me finding the perfect car, and worked hard at getting me best financial/interest rates, highly recommend this dealership, friendly and amazing service.

Preet is the one of best sales consultants at Basant motors. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market. He has diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Great service. 3 people I knew took cars from Basant last year. Each one of them had the worst experience due to the hidden charges which they don't mention while doing the paperwork.

Personally I don't recommend anyone to this place who wants to buy their first car. My friends realized they got cheated when some other finance person gone throught the financing terms and looked into the paperwork. So either go with somebody who is aware of these terms or avoide Basant for you dream car!

Terrible service. Wouldn’t let me test drive a car that I have on my list because the sales person wanted me to look at numbers first and if the numbers looked good then I could take it for a drive. What a joke.

We worked with Preet and Angad to buy a small used car. From start to finish they were awesome! They were patient, never pressured us and gave us several options to test drive. Would definitely recommend Basant to everyone!

I'm coming back to edit my review now. The guy that sold me the car said he would give me a gas card if if wrote a review on the spot when I was buying the car. He didn't give me any gas card.

Great service provided by Preet Singh and Andy really good people by heart along with great skills and cars knowledge. They really work on the clients need and looks for the best match. I came in from the street and I only had come from work they treated me as any other person and found me a car as if I was on a game show we had some work to do on it and came to a agreement about all matters we will have a relationship for a long time after buying this new asset.
