Baseline Clothing

Worst customer service from the reception lady… god she was the worst associate. She needs to leave ASAP. Never been humiliated in my life and told me she doesn’t care about being fired.

Employees at this store need to understand they are there for customer service. Worst customer service experience from the employee lady at the front. She need to learn how to deal with customers. In this case doesn't matter how good the owner is employees like her ruins the image of the business. She threw my kids printed tshirt in the garbage bin infront of me. Never seen any customer service representative like this. Looks like this store does not need business from anyone.

I had 2 things to print on a jacket both front and at the back. One was good. But the most important one, the one I cared so much was crooked. After my relentless effort to make them see the imperfections, they kept on arguing. Finally realized the aged person was not good in designing. While he was creating the pdf from the scanned copy, he did a poor job and not willing to accept. Finally I gave up with a heavy heart. Lesson learned: I will not bring anything to them that would need some work.

Walked in to get our disney shirts done but had no idea what design i wanted. The lady at the counter was patient until we found the design right for us. Athough my son’s shirt (lower right) colour is a bit different from the rest, not too worried about it. Happy that i got it within an hour or so. Will come back.

**If buying a hoodie make sure your hoodie pocket isn’t sewed on crooked!

I went to get a sweater printed with a friends picture who had passed away.
When the sweater was done being printed (which took 30 minutes) I noticed that the space between the hoodie pocket and the photo was on a crooked slant. When I confronted the owner about the picture being crooked he replied “it is not the picture it is the pocket on the hoodie, some of the hoodies have crooked pockets” I then replied with “oh so it is not the picture it is a QUALITY issue with your sweaters” he said “These sweaters are the best quality”

The sweaters I agree are good MATERIAL but the way they were sewed is LOW VALUE QUALITY
Therefore they are NOT THE BEST QUALITY.

Natalia took very good care of my shirt. I asked for an embroidery job and it turned out to be perfect. Even better than I had imagined. Love it
