I went for a first visit. It was recommend to show up earlier, so I did. The front person wanted to charge before treatment. I believe this type of services are to be paid after the treatment. In addition to this, there happened to be a wait. People may be living on schedules that do not allow for such "flexibility". Would not recommend.

I have been coming Baseline over a month now, and I had back and neck pain.
Dr. Emily has helped me a lot. She is full of knowledge and shows me every week different exercises to help me to relax and ease the pain. Also the cupping therapy she is doing on my back definitely helping. I am very happy with my results cant wait to go next week:)

I received treatments from Dr. Emily Cullen for few weeks, for my finger numbness, which I discovered was due to neck disc issues. It was my first time visiting a chiropractor, but Emily was very helpful and helped me understand my neck issues. The exercises provided were easy, and she even helped modify it since I wasn't able to do them often. Overall a great experience!

Dr Kody is excellent for diagnosis and treatment for the pains you might have. I am so glad to have Burnaby location open for the service!

Dr. Jenine is amazing! She makes the visit fun and educational. My daughter loves going to her for periodic adjustments.

I saw Einer for RMT treatment, he was very kind and friendly. He checked in often to see if the pressure was okay. Near the end of the treatment, I fell asleep because I was soo relaxed. I highly recommend

I've seen Drs. Kody and Jenine at the Vancouver location and they have helped me with all my rehabs and strengthening from the treatment and the exercises they provide.
Dr. Jenine was also amazing with my prenatal care when I was pregnant and my postpartum care as well. I've brought my son to see her and she's helped him reach so many milestones much sooner than expected.
I also started seeing Kevin for acupuncture at the Burnaby location and he is amazing! His care and treatment plan helped my sleeping and stress issues significantly and I look forward to my next session with him! I highly recommend everyone at Baseline at both locations especially bringing your little ones.

Excellent team and experience. Our family has been clients at the Vancouver location for a few years, and I am glad to see them open up a new location in Burnaby. I especially love the clinic's interdisciplinary approach and how the clinicians coordinate so they truly work in a client-centric manner. Everyone here is super-friendly and helpful, and it is very evident they are proactive in staying up-to-date with the best practices in their various areas of discipline.

Jenine and her team took incredible care of me throughout my pregnancy and well into postpardum. Fundamentally changed my experience of pregnancy! I would recommend the baseline team to anyone.

Baseline is a wonderful clinic and definitely my go-to! I've seen multiple practitioners here including Dr Kody, Dr Jenine, and Einer. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and provide wonderful care. Each of them have taken the time to listen to any questions or concerns I have and have been so patient and kind.

For instance, I had never had chiropractic treatment before Dr Kody and was nervous at the start but he made me feel safe and comfortable, fully explaining everything he was doing so I knew what to expect. Dr Jenine is very gentle yet incredibly effective with her treatments. Einer has really helped relax my muscles when I was in pain and I really loved the option of his hot stone massage!

I truly could not have come this far from my car accident injuries had it not been for this amazing team! Thank you Baseline!

Out of all the chiro clinic I’ve been to, this is surely the best one I had. Dr. Kody gave the best of care to handle my concern. Plus, I love how the exercises and stretches are taught every after session instead of just being handed of paper of instructions. If I can only give 10 stars, I would! Baseline Wellness is a fantastic multidisciplinary clinic for all of your therapeutic and wellness needs. Lorissa and Einer are fantastic RMT's - they both take the time to really understand what your objectives are before the treatment, and you come out feeling in better shape. They genuinely want to support your goals by providing great homecare exercises, along with patient education so you can understand imbalances in your own body.

I personally love coming to the Burnaby clinic - so much free parking, minutes from the skytrain, personable staff members, and great decor in the practitioner rooms! I'm always looking forward to my next session at Baseline.

As a first time chiro patient I was extremely nervous for my first adjustment. My longtime RMT Einer made sure I had a massage appointment right before my first chiro session to ensure my muscles were warm and relaxed. Christy made my first experience so comfortable by explaining each step she was doing and the “how to” behind each adjustment. Needless to say I’ll be back for more cracks!

I am so glad they opened a location in Burnaby - it is located in a centralized location with readily available parking.

While I am not a patient of Baseline, I am a local physio and pelvic health clinic owner who refers heavily to Dr. Jenine. Every client I have sent her way (usually for pediatric chiro) has come back delighted with the professionalism, warmth and excellent service Jenine provides. For that reason I can’t recommend her enough!

I've been Dr Au's patient for a few years at their Broadway location for various injuries, pain, and adjustments. Recently, I've had RMT sessions with Einer who has been great. They do direct billing so I don't have to make any claims. The location is convenient. There's free parking nearby, pay parking on the ground level, and a short walk from Patterson station. Highly recommended!

I used to go to the old location in Vancouver but I'm so glad that they've opened their new Burnaby location. Easy to find free parking on the neighbouring streets for 2hrs and much easier to get to overall.

I've gone for chiro with Kody, RMT with Einer, and acupuncture for my elderly father with Kevin. All of them provided excellent care and I always leave feeling better.

In addition to that, I have found all the staff I've encountered to be very friendly and full of smiles. It is a very welcoming environment! I wouldn't hesitate to book an appointment here if you're needing any of the practitioner services they offer.

Best first impression. I have done physio before at another clinic, but this was my first RMT session ever. Einer was great explaining everything and was very respectful of any boundaries I might have had. I’m looking forward to going back next time
