Baskin-Robbins

Since I was a kid, I loved coming to Baskin Robbins for their bubble gum ice cream. It is one of my favorite treats to get when I am in the area. Staff is friendly at this location. Scoop portions used to be better, I suppose with inflation, they're attentive to how much they give out.

The owner / manager are very very cheap and greedy. This is the only Baskin Robbins I’ve been to in the whole world that won’t give you new stamp cards! If you have a stamp card, they’ll begrudgingly stamp it but because it’s such an unfamiliar concept to them you often times will get scammed on the correct amount of stamps.

Wow, the both (husband and wife) owners are so rude. Terrible terrible customer service. The way they talk to customer was very unpleasant and awful. When will the 0 stars review score be available? Please avoid this place

The Asian owner is absolutely so rude. Needs to learn some manners and basic skills on how to run a business.

My favorite ice cream shop offers a variety of flavors of ice cream. The satisfaction is overwhelming.

The girl at the counter was super friendly and even gave us the biggest cups for tap water, which was awesome on a hot day. Yummy ice cream.

The owner was not friendly. When you try to ask a question, don't make eye contact. Meanwhile, the ice cream is delicious.

One of my favourite ice cream places - they don't have my Rasberry Cheese Louise anymore! So, now I just get the basic strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Ordered the custom birthday cake with the flavour. Next time I get a different style of cake bc this one had a real vanilla cake bottom.it's too hard to eat with the ice cream.

I love their ice cream. Peanut butter and chocolate is my fave. The staff is friendly and courteous and helpful.

Even if you inquire, he responds bluntly to the customer and makes you feel very bad

I was going to DQ, but I stopped by on purpose because I was of the same ethnicity, but the only thing I returned was to spend money and get hurt.

Excellent ice cream, lots of flavours. Store open 7 days a week till late night. Friendly staff!

The person serving me acted like she hated the fact that a customer (me) had expected ice cream from her. If you hate your job-quit.

No doubt the ice cream is the best, but the staff at this location is so racist nd sound so mean. Yesterday 13 November, we walked in around 9: 15, it was 5 of us. First of all two white girls (Staff Members) gave us weird looks, then started looking at each other and gave sarcastic smile. They were not at all welcoming. I called in before going there the girl said they close at 9: 30. I have been regular to 152st location, have never been treated like that. My husband said thank u nd they didn’t respond started murmuring. The manager should give proper training to staff and if they are ready to great customers happily they should not be working there. We are paying you guys not getting free food atleast serve with smile nd dnt treat brown people like they are not humn being, Have some respect for every customer because your pay cheque comes from their visits, if no customer would come in then how would you get paid. I hope the staff would be given better training. Stop staring at people, if you dnt want to serve people please say that or stay home. Even my kid felt so uncomfortable from your weird stares.

Great place for different ice creams. Gentle staff. We ordered ice cream for my kids birthday. They made it great and kept it ready on time.

Tasted not bad. Instore shopping and online order pickup available. Credit cards accepted. Employees are basically nice and friendly, but not everyone. Phone never been answered, however will reply few hours late4. Free parking available in the plaza, as well as in front of the store. Overall experience is not bad.
