The place is ok, service is kind of slow as there aren’t many people working here. Kind of disappointed in how few ice cream flavours there are, but otherwise it tastes good.

Great location and great customer service. I walked out feeling valued as a customer. Will be going back for sure.

I'm a lifelong fan of Baskin Robbins and was very excited for this location to open since last year. However, I'm deeply disappointed. They only have two small freezers for ice cream tubs and they don't carry classic favourites like Pistachio Almonds and Maple Walnut. Ice creams are soft due to freezer doors getting open all the time. Shop is tiny and packed with customers but the flow is horrible. Anyone can cut in front of you and that's very frustrating. Services have giant room for improvement. I'm guessing it's a soft opening so I'm giving them the benefits of the doubt with five stars. But if nothing improves, I'll tell everyone to visit the Metrotown location instead.

This place was packed with people and the square was full of people eating ice cream. So awesome! Anyways I got this new polar pizza and the manager asked me to review it because they just started making them. It was great but my wife and I both agree that it needs more ice cream. The brownie bottom is awesome but it over powers the ice cream which should be the main flavour of the pizza! Cheers and thanks!

The door was open and I walked in at 8… there were clients inside placing an order ahead of me and I stood behind them for a second while they paid and waited for their ice cream but once I spoke to someone I was told the store is closed and they couldn’t serve me. I promised 3 kids baskin robbins for dessert but unfortunately they will be disappointed tonight.

Took a while to open but glad they’re here. Nice addition to the neighborhood.

I am soo happy that this location has finally opened. The space is small and tight so the line up is chaotic. None the less, the staff overwhelmed to say the least, are pleasant and the one in charge is very professional and genuinely present. As always the ice cream is exactly how it is supposed to taste like.the frozen drinks could use another training session as consistancy was not the case here but still tasty. Great job and welcome to the neighborhood!
