Amazing place! Massive range of high quality goods, with something for anyone who likes anything outdoors related! Very, friendly helpful staff Shout out to Jay for quality local fishing chat and technical fishing knowledge. Highly recommend and would go again.

We went to Tsawwassen Mills mall and me and my son visited the Bass Pro shop, this place is very well decorated with taxidermy and outdoor type stuff, there is a big aquarium here as well. There is a large selection of hunting and shooting stuff. I would recommend this place for you hunting and camping needs. A must visit if you have young kids as they will like the decorated hallway and the aquarium

It is a very large store and it is very cool, it has a large fish tank and on the roof it has stuffed animals, the prices are good

Great spot. Love the detail put into this shop. They have almost everything, definitely couldn't find a few bits and pieces and the service was limited, just seemed like there wasn't enough staff to serve everyone who needed help.

Overall, great experience.

Sam from marine helped me a bunch getting set up to fish, I knew nothing and he got me a nice basic setup and told me where to fish

Awful. 25 minutes spent here. 5 employees walked by me, 1 acknowledged me. He was polite and with other customers so no I’ll will toward him. Came with $1k to buy for a fishing trip. Won’t be back to a Bass Pro Shop

Extremely dissappointed with their aquarium. All the fish are covered in side-riding wounds and infections. Several were half dead in the bottom. They have the money to invest in amazing decor, but not for proper care for their fish. Very sad, will not shop here.

This place is amazing. If you're an avid fan of the out doors, check this place out. It well laid out not too cluttered. From camping to hunting this place has it all.

Absolutely pathetic standards for a company of this size. Bass Pro/Cabelas have 100% lost my business going forward.

Went when not too busy and was able to look at shotguns that fit my criteria. The sales person was very good.

This is the place too shop. I'm there three times a week. Everything an outdoors person or family will ever need is under that roof.

Called their customer service to get information to buy a product and after letting it ring for over 5 minutes the call was disconnected.
Not good customer service.

If you shop sale items in stock, good price, quantity items available. Prices are high at regular price. Huge selection and many specialty products available. Loads of parking and plenty of staffing to help you if you are looking for a bit of support for gift or specialty products.

Went for a new casting rod, level wind reel, line and lures. Very minimal stock; lack of staff and the ones that were there had limited knowledge. Got incorrect information regarding bear bangers - first they had them and were told they were in the hunting section, only to discover they did not carry them.

For an outdoor/hunting/fishing shop this big, I expected so much more. Will not be returning and will keep my business with the local tackle shops where they have the product and the knowledge.

Hate to do this but I've had an awful experience there, I placed an order on the 11th of August website said 5 to 8 days, fair nuff, it's now August 27th and instead of a "sorry it's taking so long" I get excuses like I should have gone to the store first. I did go to the store a while ago and realized I was double charged for an item, I didn't notice (my fault) but there was 1 very old but very sweet lady that was very flustered because she was alone and a line up was forming. Honestly feels like it's a big box store that doesn't really care because there is someone else ready to buy behind you. Not gonna lie if there is something I can't get anywhere else they'll get my money again, but only if I can't get it anywhere else. Finally got the call to pick up my order on the 28th, drove all the way there to find they hadn't sent everything. These guys are clownshoes.

Its like Christmas morning going to this store, anything and everything outdoors.could spend hours here and top end brands.

Amazing display of Canadian wild life as you enter through the entrance! I thought we were in an amusement park. My kids lived the animals displayed throughout the store. They have camping goods, hunting goods, and any wild-relatrd stuff that you can think of. If you love outdoor, you gotta visit here.

Awesome place for fishing gear, hunting, boating and boating repairs, camping, kayaks, bbq, and anything related to the outdoors. Amazing interior design and selection. Only minus is the tsawwassen location doesn't seem to be found online.

Mixed feelings, as a novice camper, I found it underwhelming. As huge as the store was, they did not have much of what I was looking for and a bit pricey too. The long drive was not worth it.

Brass pro shop is always a good time. There's lots of great selection and the guys in the fire arms section are full of great information. Thanks guys, I had great visit!

Great store, not so knowledgeable staff. Spent 15 minutes with an employee looking for an item. Ended up telling me they don't have any in stock. As I'm walking out, I found them on the shelf.

My wife and I waited 5 minutes in front of a fitting room but there was no one around to open the locked doors. We gave up waiting and walked out.

It’s a great place to go to if you have kids/children, they’ll love looking at the fish tanks and other wild animals there! It’s a great place for adults too for the beautiful scenery, great for picture taking!

They let the dogs inside and had treats, as well as everything I was looking for no complaints here.

The mecca of ahighclass redneck. Need I say more? Something for everyone. The customer service is excellent. Knowledge at the hunting and fishing counters bar none. I could spend a fortune here. If you like staying indoors and playing video games this is not the place for you.

I go here for boat stuff. Dale is great, he is very knowledgeable and pleasant. I had some tough questions that were on the more technical side of the chart plotter capabilities and he handled them like a pro. They have a really good selection of marine stuff, which is worth the drive. One thing though, is that bass pro caters fairly heavily to Lake fishing vs salt, so always check to make sure that you are getting the right thing for your needs. Another bonus is that they allow dogs! Thanks again, Dale, I'll probably be back for some seats soon.

I can’t say enough about the staff here we were just there this pst week and we had our dog with us and the sales lady working in the boat engine department was so so knowledge and so kind to put Rocket baby (Cocker-spaniel) bra use of her we bought our boats kicker there that day. The guys in the back who gave my husband his orientation for the boat kicker we’re also AWESOME! GreaT customers service and We love the fact we can bring our 4 legged family member in to shop! Thank you Bass pro! We r life long customers

It was a fabulous experience! Staff was friendly and literally walked me directly the products I was looking for. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Seems like you're on a natural cool outdoor habitat while you're shopping inside. Lots of choices to select on a varieties of outdoor gears, prices are reasonably affordable.

It's like an amusement park that doesn't charge admission. An excellent store for outdoor activities.

Love the kids events they have and the free photos with Santa or the Easter bunny. The free crafts are a great bonus!

Everything about outdoor from snack to clothing, fishing to hunting, camping to boating, in a very fantastic design location. Huge fish tank with different type of salmon worthy to visit. Sometimes you may find special deals also.

Love coming here. Always get to see something different and interesting. Nephew loves it. Customer service is always great here as well. If you're at tsawassen mills make sure you spend some time at the store.

I compare this store with MEC. MEC caters to kayaking, cycling and hike in campers. While Bass Pro Shop caters more to hunters, fishermen and drive in campers. Both stores sell high quality camping supplies.
Also cool fish tank that the the kids get very excited for.

Awesome store.stunning displays of wildlife and giant tank you can walk around full of live salmon and trout! Oh and great selection of all outdoor gear you could need and boats too!

The store is well laid out, and they had the things I was looking for. The downside is the staff were less than helpful. One of the items was tagged for a certain price, but rang in $20 more expensive. I brought the error up to the cashier, and he tried to charge me the extra amount. When he refused to fix it we had to get a manager over and then the right amount was charged to me with an apology. Nothing bad, just remember to check the prices of the items that are getting rang through.

For those who love the outdoors. Very impressive store.it has practically everything for hunting and fishing and anything outdoors woodsy. Everyone should check out the ceiling!
