Always a fun place to shop, great scents and products. Staff is generally friendly and available to help. Today, not one person greeted/offered assistance. 6 staff members on the floor, and not one approached me. The cashiers were super friendly and helpful though.

Customer service is too notch at the Guilford location as they don't force you to buy, rush you in store, help choose good fragrances for you and assist you in any way possible. I really love shopping here and always do regular top up. I am a good spender too so I should find out if there is a point are reward system in place next time.

I noticed how open and welcoming the associate Gabby was while greeting guests that entered the store, her presence provides the most welcoming atmosphere obtainable. Would highly recommend she be promoted soon.

Love the soaps. Watch for sales they have great ones. 75% of clearance on off season items can save huge amount.

They have a huge collections of candles sanitizers soaps and body gels. They offer exotic and charismatic fragrances which takes you to a world of fantasy and dreams. You can only enjoy their products for sure and will definitely bring one home. Its a great place to gift someone on their special occasions.

Can get crowded at times, maybe one too many displays but it's bath and body works who doesn't like it. The staff are always nice and engaging but not in yoir face which is always welcome

This is a great store for body lotions and candles. Many beautiful scents to choose from. Love the buy 2 and get 3rd free.

Always love a great sale! But when we bought this body butter today, it seemed like someone had already used it. It's my fault for not checking first before buying, but didn't think there would be a problem. I suggest the company put a seal on their products so only the sample ones are to be used.

The customer service is great. Every one of them are so helpful. The products are awesome.y favorite are the scented candles.

I love the store's lovely fragrance. Even if you have no intention of purchasing the goods, the fragrance allures you to enter the store and take a few. There are usually deals and promos in the store, so whenever I go there,  I make a point of stopping into Bath and Body Works to explore what's fresh. I recently bought  body lotions and spray fragrances for myself and mine family. It's usually a good idea to use different scents on various days!

I went shopping today to get a gift for someone and had the BEST experience! One of their staff devon (dyvon? Not sure how she spells it) was amazing, so helpful and really cared about finding the best gift option for my manager! I was in such a rush out of the store I was not able to properly tell her! Even when i thought I lost my mastercard she was actively looking for it with so much urgency. SO PLEASED with customer service there!

I went here to look around and see what scents and new items they had and it was probably my best experience that I’ve had at this location. Tina and Cade who were working on the floor, really just stood out and went above and beyond being friendly and making me feel like they actually enjoy and like their job. 10/10 have been telling people about my experience cause I was so surprised. Totally awesome

Poor customer service. My sister went there after getting a few things from dollar store so she had a huge dollar store bag with her, right after she entered she heard the person in the front notifying all other associates about “a girl with a big dollar store bag” entering the store right infront of my sister. So is everyone, who shops at dollar store, a thief? Is this how you treat your customers?

I usually buy candles from here as they have a good range of beautiful smelling candles. I went.to the store today and was carrying a big dollar store bag as I got a few cleaning supplies from there. The sales associate in the front immediately notified other employees that a girl entered with a big dollar store bag and should be kept an eye on. I was standing right beside her. The fact that she decided to profile me based on where I shopped made me furious and I think the store needs to reevaluate how they treat customers.

I love it here. All the employees. And I really mean ALL the employees and so kind and helpful. Genuinely. Ive never dealt with anyone who wasn’t able to help or seemed like they didn't want to help me. Or sometimes you get a person in customer service that seems super fake and condescending like they hate their job, those people don't work here. Everyone here is genuinely great overall. Ive been to this location well over a dozen times and i’ll keep coming!

Poor customer service. The associates are unprofessional. Make you feel uncomfortable while shopping. I visited there with my friend. When I was doing shopping there, my friend noticed one of the employee was stalking at me and smiling without any reason with another employee, which makes me uncomfortable, why she is keep on staring at me and laughing.

Love the 5 for 25 liquid soaps. Love the variety of the scents and the ease of use with the foaming gentle ones.

Friendly staff. I only give 4 stars because unless items are on sale they are quite overpriced.

I don't shop here often. Only when I have a request, or need to buy a gift and I know the person I am buying a gift for likes the products they sale. The reason? Mostly because of POOR customer service. Not now. Not because of the Covid. Since day one, since this store open, I have found they lack good customer care. There is always plenty of employees around yet, should you need assistance or ask a question, no one is ever around or able to help. Their products are expensive for what they are. Some fragrances are overwhelming at first, but vanish a short time after! I was given one of their perfume last summer. Nice presentation. Nice smell but it does not last. Did I say it was not cheap? Small bottle, $52 plus taxes. I visited last December, as I said, only because it was for a Christmas present. The girl "guarding" the entrance, was borderline rude when asking to use sanitizer before entering the store. We did, just to find there were more people inside than they should have allowed. There were opened prepackaged gift boxes almost on every stand. They still had few testers and plenty of people using them, all together, all at the same time. I had some questions, as always, no one to ask. Luckily and by pure chance, I spotted what I was after, grabbed it and proceeded to line up to pay. Not a pleasant shopping experience. Again.

The staff is nice, you have to try to smell stuff through your mask, but if you get a whiff, and like it, it's worth buying, they have an anniversary sale on, so alot of merchandise is cheaper, and I think the sale makes it worth it.

I like their selection, just didn't enjoy being asked multiple questions while trying to look around, just let us shop in peace, you don't have to ask us a million questions when we walk into the store.

It's clean and smells amazing. Love some of there new scents. The larger hand sanitizer are awsome and smell great. Line ups were longer than usual but that's because of social distancing but went very fast, there were 3 tills open.

Great deals that are on all the time, but staff watch you like a hawk. Which makes it uncomfortable to shop.

I'm always happy to come to this place, buy 5 hand soap and get 5 free is a good deal, they also have a lot of Christmas soap selections.

You have to wait for a good deal here. Black Friday is buy 3 take 3. The line today is too long though.but its better to control the crowd for safe distancing.

I love the sweet smell of the store Even if you don't intend on purchasing the goods, the smell makes you enter the shop and grab some. There's always sales and promos in the store, so whenever I visit the mall, I make sure to see what's the latest at Bath and Body Works. I just got myself and for my family assorted body lotions and spray perfumes. Different scents at different days is always a good idea!

Inconsistent with policies. I drive to the Langley store which is out of my way due to better service.

I'm not a big fan of anything soap-based due to soap's ph level, and I'm not sure if I buy into the whole aromatherapy schtick so minimal interest in much of the inventory here. I wandered in more out of curiosity but found myself intrigued by something apparently intended to scent one's pillow... Not for pillow scenting but as a fragrance. Delightful smell, irresistible sale price. How far wrong could I go? A week later I'm still enchanted with the fragrance but sorry it has no longevity. If, however, you are into the soap and aromatherapy thing this place is a must-visit. As mentioned above, the sale prices are remarkable and the staff is very attentive. Be sure to check out the scented candles. You don't have to believe in aromatherapy to appreciate something that smells nice AND adds a romantic glow.

You must try the honey soap. They have so many flavours. Finally, not buying soft soap bundle from Costco anymore. They soaps are excellent in this shop. Good job.

Not bad. Prices sure have gone up though. Staff bother you nonstop when you walk in. ("How's your day going? , "what do you think of this new product, or "You should try this blah blah blah") I'd rather shop in peace.

Cashier Simran lacks customer service skills. She was very rude and so unprofessional. I never had any issues earlier with any other staff. I will never go back to this location again.

One thing is since they're having their end of the year sail it's pretty crazy in there but besides that the service was top notch.

Friendly Staff, Lots of scents to pick from for candles, plugins, lotions, soaps, etc; They usually have a promotion going on and if not always ask an associate because they usually have an email or Facebook promo.

My first time in this wonderful store. I was with a friend and she noticed that the 3 - wick candles were on sale - buy one, get one free. So we ended up going in. She offered that she would buy one and I could have the free one. I love candles and gladly took her up on the offer. I'm in a wheelchair and there's room to manoeuvre it in this store, so I looked around. There are so many awesome ideas for Christmas presents for several family members, so I will definitely be going back to do some Christmas shopping! Plus I left my email address with them to receive e-mails about specials and such, and they emailed a welcome coupon for $10 off my first purchase in addition to any existing sales! AWESOME! I LOVE this place! And they have gift packs that are unique! Happy dance!

I always get great service from this store, the salespeople are always friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are, even if I want to go in just to browse around, they don't bother you until you need the help

Bath and body works had a wide variety of scents, available in many forms like candles, perfumes, lotions and soaps. However the mens section is very limited and only usually has 4 different fragrances available at a time that come in body washes, sprays, cologne and lotions. But in there defence, those for are there better ones and have one for every person. Every time I come here, there is always a buy this many and get this many free deal which ropes most people into buying products. I much prefer to buy products from here than a retailer like a grocery store that offers many repetitive fragrances.

I love buying all kinds of body care products so I tend to visit the store every so often whenever they do the promotions. Almost every (but not all!) employee is very friendly and helpful. The girl named LaRisa who helped me recently during the Christmas season was very very helpful. I asked her if they had any more of the specific scent I wanted which there wasn't anything left on the shelf, she opened up every single drawer on the bottom of the shelves looking to see if they had any left and I Mean Every Single Drawer. She couldn't find more of that scent but That was very nice of her.
