I recently bought a 2005 echo from these guys and the experience was amazing- James was super friendly and helpful and I never felt pressured the way I have at other dealerships I've been to. If you're looking for friendly, trustworthy service, I'd recommend these guys.

Stay away! This place has to be one of the most shady used car dealership in the province. They tried to sell me a car that was welded together from another destroyed vehicle. The positive reviews are most likely done by employees and friends.

Bought a Nissan Titan through Bayshore and had a completely negative experience. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from these scammers, because I wish we had never gotten involved with them. The truck we bought seemed to tick all the boxes when we test drove, and there was a few little things that the sales person said would be fixed by the time we had all the paperwork done. After leaving the lot, we didn’t even make it home before things started going wrong. The engine light came on (found out it didn’t have a catalytic converter), the 4x4 wasn’t working, blue smoke was billowing from the exhaust pipe, and tailgate didn’t latch properly (after they said it was fixed), the drivers and passenger doors didn’t always open, the list goes on. We called them to see what they would do about it since we had the warranty and kept getting led on for two weeks, just trying to get them to fix it to the condition it was advertised as (which we are legally in our rights to do). Luckily, they gave us our money back after a lot of back and forth. Long story short, it was a nightmare of an experience, we were without a vehicle for weeks, and it’s obvious this company doesn’t care about honesty or selling safe, quality vehicles. They knew the vehicle had issues and failed to disclose the information, which could have put our lives in danger. Unethical, rude, and unprofessional business!

*** edit: Bayshore replied to my review with long winded excuses saying I was lying (which is extremely childish and unprofessional). My partner and I bought the truck TOGETHER and I am fully entitled to write a review based on our experience. It was a nightmare working with them, we did not leave happy. The numerous other 1 star reviews can attest that this business is extremely hit or miss and that their customer service is lacking. I have also had multiple people message me on Facebook because of this review saying they’ve had the same experience and ask for my help.
If you have to publicly trash talk customers who give honest, negative reviews, you’ve got some big issues.

They sell nothing but headaches, save your time and money please! The owner scams his costumers then when confronted he starts to yell and lie, 99% of his cars have accidents on them that he scams you into thinking there accident free. Just waiting for your lying reply that you do to all you negative comments

Just bought a 2009 Toyota RA4 from Bay Shore and they’re l AMAZING! If you’re looking for a place without the frills but with honest people who will work with you to get you the best/ most fair price these are the guys. Jamie was great at getting back to me and Elias was so helpful even though I didn’t have the largest budget. I can’t recommend them enough.

Great service all around, no pressure and they make sure you are comfortable with your purchase. Highly recommend if you are looking for an affordable used car.

Be careful dealing with James. The first question I asked him was what was the history of the car and he failed disclose a $10k repair. Only found out after I paid the nonrefundable deposit and he needed me to sign off on the Carfax. Not great getting a surprise like that at the end. At least Elias apologized tried to make up for it with the rest of the experience.
