Bayview at Coal Harbour

We lived here for a year and loved the place. Lydia and Darragh are very helpful. The apartment was great, even with our partial views of the water it was gorgeous and comfortable. The gym was small but I was able to get my workouts in on rainy days. The place felt very secure and even living alone I always felt safe. It was clean, close to work and all amenities. If I didn't have to move back to the the US I would still be living here.

An absolutely great building in a prime location! I resided there for almost year 2 years. Lidia and Darragh, the property managers, were beyond fantastic. Their incredible responsiveness and unwavering kindness, coupled with a high level of professionalism, made every interaction memorable. The maintenance staff was equally friendly. If I were to rent again, this location would unquestionably be my top choice.

The best location for doing business and living in downtown. Stanley Park is next door, a five-star hotel to the left, and Carderos restaurant a minute's walk. In-house suit for your guest, gym and to top it, excellent manager and her team running the operation with professionalism and a smile. Highly recommend

The management staff at Bayview do an excellent job. The building is always super clean and all of the staff are friendly and willing to help. I’ve stayed at various buildings in Vancouver. Bayview is by far the best.

We came with my husband to apply for the apartment in Bayview Coal Harbor Tower. The managers Lidia and Darragh were nice and kindly showed to us options, help us with everything, explained all in details. The application was considered literally on the second day and we move in at the apartment in the required time. We happy to live in Bayview Coal Harbor.
