BC Academy of Real Estate Course

I passed my exam in first attempt.
There is a lot to learn from Ken, he is a great mentor and teacher. His teaching style is fun and engaging with real life situations to give better understanding of the course. Tina Si is very supportive and guides you parallel with Ken. I am glad I signed up with BC academy as you can take n number of classes (either online or in-person or both) and they won’t charge you extra or question about it!

I'd highly recommend Ken and Tina to teach your precisely what you need to know for your Sauder exam and precisely what you need to know when licensed and practising as a real estate agent. I came back after I stopped taking the course for multiple months and I was not charged again. Great and knowledgeable instructor.

Went to GOBC first, they charge so much and no help whatsoever. After one year of not getting anywhere, came to Tina and Ken at BCARE, they are just amazing, so much support and help. Ken teaches so well and thoroughly. They provide books as well. Glad made that decision!

I originally signed up for the course in summer of 2021 and am returning again. Some places attempting this again, you would have to pay additional but Ken and Tina did not charge me. Ken is a fantastic instructor and provides a wealth of knowledge. Amazing to work with these two individuals, highly recommend it!

Signed up with BC real estate academy back in 2020. I ended up getting side tracked and ended up not finishing my course. Fast forward to 2022, I re purchased the course at UBC and this is where the unlimited access came in clutch for me. I strongly suggest any body who would like to become realtor to take this coarse not just for The sake of passing exam, but because instructor (Ken) with his knowledge, he makes math so easy that participants can get most of their math questions points. Strongly suggest

I registered 2 years ago, however, due to health reasons I had to drop everything. I contacted Tina 2 years later and was welcomed back without any questions! Tina provided me with everything that I needed to restart right away! Ken is a fantastic instructor. He is very knowledgeable and has so much experience. Ken and Tina have been great to work with so far at BC Real Estate Academy. Tina does an awesome job on-boarding the incoming students, explaining to them how the course operates etc, while Ken does a fantastic job breaking down the course criteria to a simpler means of understanding. Initially I was petrified of the math section of the course, Ken was able to break everything down step by step perfectly. To anyone considering sourcing a 3rd party to go over UBC's criteria, look no further!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with BC academy. Ken is fantastic and gives very enjoyable lessons with real life scenarios due to his many years of experience. He has an excellent way of teaching the maths part of the course too. I managed to pass the exam, I did study a lot and did many practice questions but there were points in the exam where I relied on his stories to get through it. They are also very flexible and allow you to Mix and match your classes for as many months as you need and never ask for more money. Tina is great and was always available for any queries I had. I will definitely be recommending them to any of my friends who want to start the course. Keep up the great work and thank you for sharing your wisdom. Couldn’t have done it working you.

I studied this academy and passed the RE exam this year with a 83% marks. My teacher Ken is an experienced managing broker in real estate trade at least 40 years. He is very knowledgeable and professional teacher and without his help I won't pass the exam so easily.

Ken is the best very professional knowledgeable and easy to understand I took online course since April and I hardly recommend if some one likes to study real estate with Bc Academy Real estate its the best choice! Also I appreciate Tina

Had a great and memorable experience. Attended classes regularly and learnt about course materials that I would not have understood on my own including the math portion. Ken made class enjoyable and easy to follow. Each class is a complete new chapter and lesson so you never have to worry about starting at chapter 1 onward. I would recommend BC Academy of Real Estate to anyone enrolling in the real estate course and wanting to get a jumpstart.
