Very helpful and very knowledgeable. So much to choose from and the gentleman that helped me was very patient and listened and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

Good products, but over analyzed to the extent that it makes choosing a hassle. I just want to walk in and be like "give me the good stuff", but that's not the case.

Staff here are always helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the recommendations on products they've given me and they have not steered me wrong.

The store is very nice, elegant and clean, but has a stuffy feeling to it. The door staff provided information as a first time person, but did not smile or seem friendly at all, gave information as asked but felt as though I was a bother. There were 4 or more staff on the floor and were all standing around chatting with each other and I had to stand and wait to be able to get through them with proper social distancing to get up to the counter to place my order, the person at the door had to ask them across the store 3 or 4 times to spread out and to please let me through. There were two people at the counter, person that rang through my order was happy and friendly as was the other person, when I asked about information on the product or how it smoked etc, affects that they had heard they really didn't have anything to say and seemed like they really did not know much about the products except for the write up information, did not seem to be excited about the job or to be able to give information other than what was on line. When trying to give feed back about products the one person seemed very disinterested in what I had to say. Set up nice, but was not at all impressed with the staff or the cx service there. I had called the day before and spoke with a Laura and she was extremely helpful and friendly over the phone, so huge credit to her for a great job! There are many other stores in Prince George now I do not have to go somewhere that doesn't seem to care about customers, or feed back or even like their jobs.

I'd say these stores are set up very well and have a very polished and classy look. The employees are always friendly and helpful and the product selection is amazing. They keep pencils and paper inside for you to write down the SKU #s of the products that you would like to buy. The only thing that would make these stores better are lower prices and higher THC levels in their edibles.

I really love this place and its organization the only little thing is that I don't like is their new 3.5 bags
