BC Care Heating Services Ltd

We’ve been using BC Care Home Heating in our house for many years. They have done installation, maintenance and repairs on our furnace and tankless hot water system. Their service has always been quick, friendly and of great of quality. Many times I have recommended them to friends and family who have also been happy with their service.

Sam and shawty came to help in very bad weather conditions save our whole family from coldest weather of 30 years thanks you love you guys

I wish I can give you ZERO, Two guys showed up to fix my furnace, one of them that was his Name Shahow or something like that started selling me new furnace (approximately 6K) instead of fixing that, I wasn’t interested and I called another Company after that and they fixed the issue in the 5 Minutes and overall charged me $200, that’s it.
I don’t recommend this Company to any of my friends.

We had a new heating system installed. Their price was competitive amount others. Their service, professionalism and the quality of work was impeccable. Putting in a new heating system is an expensive proposition, but call these guys and get it done right the first time.

Our 15 year old Carrier Furnace gave up the ghost yesterday.rather than face expensive repairs, replace parts and face delays for their arrival, we replaced the old for a new Carrier - Sam, Mike and Ali were on the job within a day of Sam's assessment visit. They did a lot of trouble shooting because we are in a 112 year old house, took out old piping that was no longer to code, replaced it with as little invasion as possible and installed a whole new system in a day. Courteous service, no running to and fro for bits and pieces, they had everything they needed and we are UP and RUNNING a day later. AMAZING COMPANY! Our water tank was spewing water everywhere…they showed up within 20 minutes and had all the tools and parts to solve the problem. The technician was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He quickly explained what needed to be fixed and what we may need in the future. Then he showed us how to handle the problem it we ever have an issue again. I would highly recommend using this company. Thank you so much for a job well done.

We’ve use this company twice. On both occasions the technicians Were quite pushy on unneeded services and repairs. On the second visit the techs miss diagnosed the issue and quoted us $900. We chose to get a second opinion and all suggested repairs from this company were blatantly incorrect.

We went with this company based off other reviews so maybe be aware of what technicians are sent to you if you go with this company.

One of my neighbors recommended Bc Care Heating, and im so glad that he did, I got awesome service and workman ship and very high quality service. Highly recommended.

It’s never a pleasure to have to replace your boiler, but ours was starting to leak and looked like it was on its last legs. BC Care Heating did an inspection of our fireplace and furnace, and advised us to look into replacing our boiler and hot water tank with the combined high-efficiency unit that had a double rebate from Fortis/BC Hydro. We decided to go for it, and we are very happy.

BC Care Heating booked us in within a week, and Mike and Jimmy (plus another helper) spent over 12 hours taking out our old system, and installing the new small unit in a way that saved us space. Mike kept us informed at every step, and indicated when we’d not have water/gas at times of the day. Mike also advised that we change out some additional pieces to make our radiant floor heating and water pressure regulation top notch. He spent some time cleaning out our system, and we’ve never had such even heat in our house—just in time for Christmas.

We had to call them back after a week due to a small leak, and they came promptly to replace what needed replacing. We could reach them even on a Sunday! Afterward, Amy at head office put all the information together (forms/photos, link) and emailed it for us to apply for the rebate without hassle.

I’m really happy with the product, service, and post-installation support. They made an unpleasurable experience as pleasant as possible!

For the service and workmen ship that i got, i wish it was more than 5 stars, everything was more than my expectacions, they did a excellent job. I really appreciate Sam and Mike, very friendly and very proffesional at the job.

I had a gas leak in my house, I called Bc Care Heating with a short period of time, they got there quick, found the gas leak, and repaired it right away. Im so happy that i called them and I recommend it.

Quick to respond when I called at 730am for a problem with my hot water tank. Sam was here within an hour to diagnose the problem and the technician Mike was here later that afternoon with a new tank for install. Very professional installation, very courteous and they were in and out in less than 45 mins. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for professional service and fair pricing.

I have had my old gas furnace and hot water tank replaced by high energy efficiency new units last week. Technician Mike is knowledgeable, and together with three helpers Sam, Shamho, all were very friendly. Credits must also be given to the helpful office staff Maggie and Amy.

Just thought of expressing the quick and immidiate response we had from BC Care Heating Services Ltd.and how prompt they were in providing us the services we needed. On 27th may 2019 a technician from another Vancouver based company came to do the furnace tune-up and told us we needed a new furnace and left quickly leaving the old furnace and other waste material in our yard. Same day we called BC Care Services Ltd. Within couple of hours company send a technician named Mike. Mike was very caring responsible understanding and had great public relations. Mike was very thoughtful and friendly. He was honest and very dedicated to his profession. Mike dint waste anytime and quickly scheduled the installation of new furnace for next day.
Next day Mike came with his team to install the new furnace. Mike and his team were very clean in their work and finished everything by evening. Mike took out all the old stuff and took it for disposal. Mike make sure the place was left clean and tidy.
We are very pleased and extremely satisfied with Mike's truthfulness to his profession and shouldering off full responsibility towards his clients that is us.
Office staff including Maggie was very polite and calm in answering our questions. We are extremely happy and satisfied with BC Care Heating Services Ltd.and greatly appreciate the humble and caring response by Mike The Technician.

Our furnace was not working so we contacted the company who originally installed the furnace and they really didn't seem to know what they were doing so I phoned the manufacturer and they connected us with BC Care Heating Services; I have been impressed with their service, pricing and quality of installation work. My family and my uncle have been receiving heating services from BC Care Heating Services Ltd since 2011. Mike, who was a very professional and knowledgeable, as well as very respectful, installed furnace and water heater for us in 2017 as well as furnace only for my uncle. To be honest, he did an excellent job. We were really impressed how hardworking they were. I highly recommend BC Care Heating Services Ltd. They also cleaned air ducts for both houses couple days after the installation. Their prices comparing to the quality of job with other local companies, were pretty fair and reasonable. We did not feel we were overcharged. We are happy and were comfortable and most importantly feel safe when we have them over checking our heating and gas services, annually. We had them (Shawhoo and Sam) recently came and check our appliances and they are easy to reach and available over the weekends as well. They installed me a new heat pump, I was quite happy with the work, price and the people who did the job.

This is a good company. They delivered prompt service, professional workmanship and positive attitude.
We had no heat for 2 days, 22nd and 23rd of December this year. I called a different company but they did not come as they said. I had BC Care Heating phone number from my neighbor with a nod. They came, brought back the heat, fixed the venting - main cause of our problem and gave my daughter a hi-five. Our family appreciated their service. They are our Christmas saver. Mike Vizheh is very knowledgeable. His helper Azad is also very good. Both are very respectful and know what they are are doing. Not to mention both work on a Sunday just so we could have heat asap. We are very pleased with them and we highly recomend them anytime.

Excellent service from the person in the office. Technician shawho worked on our boiler problem.
