BC Computers responded promptly to my inquiry. The technician, Saman was available onsite within 1 day of our phone conversation during which I outlined the problem. Saman was very kind, patient and knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my printer. He provided clear and excellent advice on how to handle the matter at a reasonable price. Their service team are friendly, honest, thorough, efficient and very knowledgeable.
I would not hesitate to call Saman again for any IT needs and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of outstanding IT service specially in North shore area

Don't normally post a review but think in this case it's good for others to know. The communication was slow and you only get notified with the bare minimum. My computer had an issue where it did not charge anymore. It was a bad connection issue. They could not fix this in two weeks and offered me a data retrieval for $150+tax. They were never at their offices and I had to call and was told to come back later after I was told that the computer was ready for pickup. Overall not a great experience.

My iMac was fixed today. I am happy with their service, knowledge and price. I can tell they know what they are doing. I absolutely recommend this place.

Best place for fixing my macbook in West Van. I live in West Vancouver and it's very hard to find a trustworthy repair centre around here. I took my liquid damaged Apple mac to Apple and best buy in Park royal but they both quoted me over 2k for the repair and I decided to get another opinion at BC Computers on marine drive and this guys did the miracle and fixed my mac within 2 days and it cost me only $199 for the logicboard repair which is $1800 cheaper than Apple and Best buy. Unbelievable prices and quality of the repairs. I'd definitely go back here if ever have a computer or laptop issue again.

My computer, a Macbook Air model, had a cracked screen, so I came here to have it fixed as a result of my study. A trustworthy and competent business, in my opinion. They patiently and honestly responded to all of my inquiries.

NEVER COME HERE EVER UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR COMPUTER BASICALLY STOLEN. They repaired the computer but it started glitching two days later. Then asked them about their “warranty” and they don’t reply back and ghosts you then BLAME it on you that you didn’t come sooner to get it fixed. I called multiple, I mean Maybe 50 times and they never answered. Extreme lack of communication when they say it will be done this day expect to be either ghosted again that day and delayed another two weeks. They took my computer for two months without updates even when I would spam call and spam text them on updates. I would rather learn to fix it myself than go here. This was probably the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I have ever encountered.

Free pick up and drop off home. Free estimates and quick repair with great and professionalattitude. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

I'm glad all of the rest of you guys had good experiences.they're nice guys, but seem to be too busy to keep up with customer service.i found the staff to be some of the worst communicators any business i've ever been involved with, no exaggeration.it took days for them to get back to me after not answering my calls or texts, and they were late on every deadline.they also brushed off my questions with 'oh yeah no problem no problem', and still haven't given me clear answers on why my computer's still acting up.they also tried to overcharge me after giving me a quote.my computer got wet and they reassured me they could fix it 100% and the screen would eventually dry out.i told them i wanted it back up to 100%, mechanically and appearance wise or i'd just buy a new computer which wasn't a problem.it's been over a month and the screen looks no different than the day it got damaged.the issues they said would never happen in the first place after the first inspection and fix (overheating, shutting down randomly) are still serious issues after i got it back after another inspection.maybe i just slipped through the cracks or something, but i really would not recommend them under any circumstances, sorry.update after your response: you knocked off 30$ after suprise billing me a full 510$, after not giving me the quote you said you would when i gave your my computer.i had to argue you down from the bill too.even though i initially said 300 was my maximum budget (for fix and screen) and i could just replace the whole computer if it was any more expensive than that, you insisted the repairs and screen would be perfect.they're both still screwed up.you offer free pick and and drop off on your storefront and website, that's not an extra service.it's why i chose to do business with you.as was your loaner computer: a part of your advertised business and not an extra service.if it is, then charge for it.you were 3+ hours late to every pick up and drop off, and took days to get back to me when i needed my computer for school because it has subscription textbooks on it (which I told you).
i find it unbelievable you didn't try and improve how you run your business or repair the relationship with a customer you clearly screwed up with, and instead have the nerve to lie about what happened.proof is evidenced in the invoices attached.don’t dig yourself into a deeper hole by making me provide proof of your promises through our texts and emails.i'm a busy person but i’ll make time for that to prove a point.not answering your phone or texts for paying customers, being unprofessional and late for every single appointment you make and surprising a customer with a bill they’ve already told you they can’t afford absolutely earns you 1 star.in the future, treat your customers better.don’t try to lie your way out and maybe you’ll get better reviews, or even more important to a successful business: return and referred customers.

I have several computers and TV's at home with many issues and have often called different IT people in to help. Aref was a great find. He is smart, honest and persistent. He keeps at a problem until it's corrected and follows up after he leaves.
