Ordered parts online for my 2012 duramax, such a painless system to use. Parts were shipped out the next day…even tossed in a sticker and key chain. Parts were a direct bolt up and couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be back again.

After spending nearly a week looking for a specific diesel part, I finally found it at BC Diesel. (shibby harness plugs). They also had a fuel filter wrench I'd been looking for, so I added it to the order. Upon completing the order, paid my bill and moved on with life. Received an email from BC Diesel two days later saying the wrench was on back order. Responded and asked if they could ship my plugs while we wait, they replied with a 'no problem! ' and said they would ship the wrench separately once it showed up. I was pleased with the outcome!

Product was shipped quick and arrived in a few days. Harness clips installed beautifully and worked as they should. Made my month finding this product on BC Diesels website. I'll be telling a few guys about these kits and where to find them.

Stopped by for some injector washers and a couple of sleeves that we needed for re assembly and they were great to deal with and had what I needed.

Would not recommend buying anything from here, every time I do there is problems that come up.like telling me its not in stock 2-3 weeks after I bought it, then I'm told they are getting it from a us warehouse, 3 months later I'm told that this us warehouse burnt down, then I'm told that there is another warehouse but it was farther away so I would have to cover the shipping cost on a 1000$rad, so I said you can keep it.the owner called and convinced me to keep the order and they would cover the shipping cost.the rad came damaged end tank cracked and a lot of bent fins and now I'm sitting here whit a truck that has been down for 4 months now and I'm livid because I was going to buy rock auto for half the price but wanted to support Canadian company and get it quicker but guess not.don't even try the email, they don't check them was waiting for an answer for two weeks for the damaged radiator (not blaming for the damage, that was ACE) just want to buy a rad from somewhere else but now I have to wait to get my money back.

I was planning to buy my first truck with a diesel engine, and I wasn't sure if it would be the right one or not.

I ordered an inter cooler (under my girlfriends name, Victoria), steering box and dual disk off this company and was work to get the products. Customer service is poor, company is rude, shipping is extremely slow and each time I get charged extra shipping costs. If you actually wanna get your parts hassle free and not damaged don’t order off this website

Ordered a bunch rare parts from Sarang and Matt in sales. They took the time to deal with me (which wasn't easy with the parts I was looking for) and gave me some competitive pricing. Sarang definitely went out of his way to find what I was looking for. BC Diesel has a good team down there.

Bought some HD aftermarket transmission lines from them and as usual great response and service/price.that’s why I keep coming back to buy all my diesel aftermarket parts.
Next project will be HD front parts.

I started going to BC Diesel about two years ago, in the fall they did my oil change and just before xmas the check engine light came on, I tried several things, but the check light kept on coming back so I Brought it in on the 28th and they did the regular diagnostic, but it was snot specific enough so I asked them to do a pin point diagnostic, they replaced a wiring harness did the test again and it showed one more part failed. They did not charge for the second pin point diagnostic. I have been driving the truck (F350) every day since with no check engine light. Great service fair prices Thank you BC Diesel.
