I purchased many assorted stainless steel bolts for my 1956 Chevy pickup project. The bolts are of high quality and came individually packaged and well marked. Shipping was prompt and not that expensive. Highly recommend purchasing online from these folk!

Came across B. C. Fasteners and Tools while trying to find a specific new Milwaukee tool online. They had it in stock while other places have it backordered or haven't even started selling it yet. They processed my order and had it shipped and delivered to me in 2 days (I live 500km away from Kelowna). Overall the best online tool buying experience I have ever had, I have never gotten any tools I have ordered from the other bigger stores that quickly. Hands down my new favorite place to order tools!

Excellent prices, shipping speed and communication. There was an issue with my order (wrong charger packaged from factory) I emailed customer service for resolution ideas as I knew it was not their fault. They sent me the correct charger from their stock immediately, seriously within an hour of my email I had a tracking number! They also let me keep the charger that I mistakenly recieved as well! Excellent customer service!

Canada post screwed up on the delivery of my package. It was sent to the wrong address. Nathalie was very helpful in resolving this for me. A new replacement was expedited by courier. Customer service was 100%! The product i received is of the highest quality. I definitely recommend BC fasteners as a great place to shop online.

Ordered a Fluke tool which the vendor pushed the delivery date on a couple times until they finally cancelled it today. They indicated that they can't get the product but the Fluke rep for the area has indicated that it's on order for them so something doesn't add up.

This was our first attempted purchase with them and will also be our last.

I've been buying from these guys through Amazon for a year or two now. I recently noticed the trend. Their stock is always exactly what I'm looking for, and their shipping is freakishly fast—I'm very impressed with them. I will start trying to buy from them directly now that I've had so many good experiences through their Amazon store.

Ordered something online and showed as in stock. Paid for item in full. I didn't hear anything back for two weeks. Emailed asking for update without a response. Finally got a hold of them and was told item was, "lost in the warehouse". Without me contacting them I would have had no idea there was an issue with the order. Terrible customer service.

Ordered all my milwaukee gear from bc fasteners over a few different orders. First time I never had a problem I had my stuff in less then 5 days (and its coming across the country). This time there was a delay in shipping due to one of my items being on backorder and they came through again giving me a better item to replace the one I ordered. Great service. 100 percent recommended. Will definitely order from them again.

Needed a big order in Montreal - special order hot dip galvanised carriage bolts. BC Fasteners were great to talk with on the phone, I ordered online and the parts arrived via free shipping in Montreal three days later. Unbelievably good service!

I love ro leave positive reviews for companies struggling through these trying times with a pandemic affecting our world however with a heavy heart I have to share my disappointing experience with BC Fasteners and tools. I ordered a jigsaw through a third party they sell through. Paid in full with a credit card. The tool was shipped quickly which is the only reason I am offering 2 stars.
I am an essential worker and need this tool to perform my job. I arrived home with a sticker from FedEx on my door that they had missed me, final attempt.etc.major inconvenience as now Fedex wanted me to drive to their depot 40 km away to pick this item up. My job does not allow me to wander off during Fedex's hours nor do I care to wait in their line.
I spoke to Braeden directly and hit roadblocks of what I considered zero cooperation. He kept claiming that BC Tools and Fasteners had been burned too many times. Some trust issues going on. Now we agreed to have MY item that I paid in full for and never had my hands on returned to BC T&F without me ever having my hands on it. However Braeden refused me a refund until after Fedex returned the item to him even though he knew full well from the tracking info I did not have it. Braeden promised me tracking info for My item's return which he did not provide until I asked again.
This was a horrible experience for me. I see they have lots of good reviews and I wish this company well. Perhaps I just got to deal with the wrong guy.
On a happy note my local tool store is back up and running, I love the jigsaw they sold me so much I upgraded my circular saw, impact driver, and drill to brushless motors and invested in 6ah batteries as well. Too bad this company has serious issues with customer relations.

Listen. These guys know their stuff. But it seems you get looked down upon if you’re going in for a random piece or a few things. Seems like they only cater to big jobs and people they know. Just the feeling I got when I’ve been in twice. Hard to complain though because they are knowledgeable and did their best to find what I needed. Just not the most friendly.
