Amazing selection for every hobby type. They have things I've never seen at any other hobby store in North America. Always a fun time, worth the travel from up Island.

Top notch customer service. These guys work hard to make sure that their customers are satisfied. I had a unique problem with a brand new motor. The owner jumped in and assured me that I would be taken care of even if the manufacturer didn't support the issue. Everyone I have delt with there has been very knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. Thank you Brandon and Chris, you have made yourself a loyal longterm customer.

They have a big selection of model cars kits from a lot of brands, first time I see a BMW E36 kit! They also have all that you will need to assemble and paint the kits.

Such a great store for those kids at heart and parents that want their kids to be inquisitive. I’m always impressed with their selection of Remote Control cars, planes and boats. If you need a reason for your kids to put their electronics down and get outside, this place has a tons of ideas Knowledgeable and passionate staff to guide you through all the options too.

A real hobby store with something for everyone, from RC cars to styrene and everything in between
I will recommend this store to any serious hobbyist, the guys there very attentive and ready to answer any question.

Now the store has 3D printers and resin, also more stock on Hobby supplies like masking tape and tools

This place is above the rest. Super friendly, super knowledgeable. Prices are a bit higher than other places both on the internet and in person in other cities. However! This is what Victoria has and the folks here are great to work with.

Got to admit seeing all the 3D printing supplies, and all the model kits, really makes me think I did better things with my spare time. I've always loved going into the store especially when they used to be downtown. But the mall is certainly more convenient to get to.

This store is a great place for 3D printing options, the guy that works there Chris is helpful and offers very good customer service. Highly recommended for advice and instructions.

The Elegoo Neptune 3 Plus printers I bought here are of the highest quality for a very low price (at least for what's available locally). All of the FDM materials they stock are reliable without any jamming issues whatsoever (unlike the ones available from another local vendor).

Awesome store, awesome staff. I've decided that BC Shaver & Hobbies is my new go-to shop for all things interesting, simply because it's clear that the staff care about building a lasting relationship with their customers. When I showed up at open with a tough question, the owner immediately came out from his office to speak with me directly, and addressed my concerns without blinking an eye.

My son and I stopped in to take a look at what BC Hobbies had to offer. We were impressed! They have tons of great things for all ages. My son particularly liked the RC vehicles. The Lego was pretty awesome too. It was a bit pricy but understandable for the quality of the items. We will definitely be back:)
