First of all Darren is a super friendly easy to talk to person. We bought our hot tub in early 2022 in anticipation of finishing building our house that summer. Unfortunately, as often goes, the completion date wasn't until November and furthermore we weren't able to pour concrete at the back of the house for another two months due to poor weather conditions. BC Home Leisure was very accommodating to our scheduling set backs and my wife and I really appreciate it. Thank you.

Darren demonstrated fantastic interest and commitment to help find and deliver a Beachcomber hot tub to my house in Victoria, BC prior to Christmas 2022, in order to help my daughter recover from knee pain. He moved mountains to find a hot tub which would meet our needs, and be available almost immediately! His availability, pleasant communication, reassurance, and excellent follow through made the whole process quite simple and stress free. We received the tub early on Dec 16, delivery and install was very smooth, and we have LOVED it every since. I am so grateful to Darren and his willingness to help our family. Just bought our beachcomber spa from BC Home Leisure, they were great to deal with and answered all my questions and I had lots of questions and visited them a few times before buying our tub. Carolyn Monachese was very knowledgeable and happy to discuss our needs for a tub and how many people would be using it etc and space wise so we could find the right tub along with what options we might want or need.

These guys gave me amazing service from the minute I walked in. Two other Langley hot tub stores didn’t even seem interested in my business. I’ll definitely be buying my next tub here.

Purchasing through Covid had its own issues as supply for materials, greatly affected delivery of new tubs this last year. This has been frustrating for many. Darren was always exceptionally good about keeping us informed and did everything possible to help the process along. He has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tub we purchased. We were limited to a tub that operated on 110 power. We purchased a Model 340 and could not be happier. Thank you, Darren.

We absolutely love our Beachcomber 380 hot tub! Various seat levels in this model design so when you get too hot you can easily find a seat that’s more comfortable. Our 3.5 year old loves the stairs to sit on. Very family friendly design. We bought this tub from the BC Home Leisure Beachcomber Hot Tubs Langley location, and owner/operator Darren Moore was fantastic to deal with. He provided regular updates as the tub was being built and helped answer all our set up questions. Darren and his delivery team are very professional and we would 100% recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a Beachcomber hot tub!

What a great experience buying our Beachcomber 570 hot tub through BC Home Leisure in Langley. Lots of hot tubs on display in their showroom. Good variety of prices and sizes. Covid did make the process a bit challenging, but Darren kept us updated and informed through every step of the process. Very pleasant to deal with. Professional staff, very knowledgeable. They arranged delivery and set up at our home. The delivery guys were awesome too. Very quick!

Helpful staff, great showroom and beautiful hot tubs! Quality products, water testing is a breeze, always a good experience dealing with this dealer.

Purchased a Paramount fire table model FS1010-T-167-2. Assembly was relatively easy and had no problems getting it running. Very lightweight, however, it could use an option to come with wheels on the legs so it can be moved around easily. Would also benefit from a built in carrier for the propane tank. I was fortunate to have a set of wheels with the right bolt size/threads and make a quick conversion.

I had a positive experience with Darren at BC home leisure. We went there to look for a Beachcomber hot tub that we had seen on Costco website.
But we ended up buying from him as he gave a much better deal than Costco plus he painstakingly explained all the aspects of that particular hot tub

Place is awesome. You except good service and a good attitude when you spend thousands of dollars but to come back 9 months later and get the exact same thing made me feel really good about buying a hot tub here.

I was shopping for a hot tub and Darren was very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and I didn’t feel pressured to buy one. Overall just a great atmosphere, very welcoming. I just heard that a Beachcomber store had opened in Langley a few days ago. It's close to home for me and I've been considering a hot tub for some time now, so I decided to give it a visit. Shawn and Crystal were really helpful and they took the time to actually have a conversation about how I wanted to set up my patio for the Spring instead of pushing me into buying something. Great experience overall, I'm their newest customer.

We had been wanting a hot tub for many years and figured it was time to pull the plug after visiting the new location of BC Home and Leisure in Langley. Right away we were greeted by Shaun, who welcomed us and made us feel comfortable. A hot tub is a major purchase and we found that many other stores put pressure on us to buy. Not here! Shaun walked us around the show room and listened to us.yes, listened to us! Too many times we would talk to a sales rep and you could tell they just wanted us to finish up and buy something, but not Shaun. He genuinely cared and wanted to help us make the right decision. We have a smaller yard and had some pictures to show him and get his opinion on where we could locate a tub if we purchased one. We sat down, went over the pictures, he even offered to stop by after hours to get a better idea, which we didn't need him to do, but he was willing, and we came up with a perfect location and tub for our backyard. We decided to go with the 750 SLB Beachcomber tub and couldn't be happier. We left the shop feeling excited and relaxed, knowing we've made the right decision. Shaun got back to us a couple days later with a delivery time and date and said he would meet us at our house and take care of the delivery and set up. The day the tub was delivered, they had to crane it over our house and place it in a small corner on our patio. Shaun was there, took control of everything and we sat back and watched. With the tub in place and the delivery guys gone, Shaun stuck around and gave us a very detailed, but easy to follow, guide for making sure the water chemistry was done correct from the get go. I was nervous about water maintenance as I've heard some horror stories, but it's actually pretty easy to keep up, especially with the notes Shaun left us. We now have an amazing hot tub with crystal clear water, which we use almost daily. We want to thank BC Home and Leisure for making this process such a great experience. We will see you in the Spring for our new patio furniture and fire pit!
