Could be friendlier and smile more often

This is the worst BC location. I checked my receipt too late, been buying this beer everyday for last month and just found out today they have the wrong price. They said we can only refund for the receipts you kept. Took them 15 min to process the refund. Check your receipts when you shop here.

One of the best shops I have seen. They have a great collection, valet parking and all around professional service. They have a floor dedicated to wines from different parts of the world. The staff are very friendly too.
It doesn't matter what you're looking for, they've got it. One of the most comprehensive collections of cocktails in one location.
Furthermore, you are greeted with politeness by a member of staff who assists you in deciding which option is best for you.
It's as though the entire planet has been condensed into a single location.

By soo far this BC Liquor Store location is the most friendly staffs and professional. If I were to compare with the other locations I have been to.:)

Love it at Bc liquor they carry a huge selection of alcohol choices for good prices. And have many locations in reaching points.

Overall great service however I was wrongfully denied twice by the same elderly lady for using my birth certificate as a peace of id even though I also had my bc ID. And one of the security guards seems to be a bit biased as to who he follows around the store but otherwise the staff are extremely friendly and always in a good mood

Always great selection and service, the employees are great.
Too bad its run like a private company with tax on profit that is actually another tax in the form of a mark up.
Double tax.
The government should hand over the departments that should be run by the private sector instead of using the profits to plug up their short falls.

My first time there, and I'm delighted. AMAZING selection of items other BC Liquor Stores didn't have, and incredibly helpful staff. So pleased!

Old lady blatantly called me a thief. With no reason whatsoever I was kicked out of store. Owner must overlook his staffing

If I could only give 0 for the customer service of this place I would definitely do it. Today, during my visit to this "sane" place with "sane" workers, I was accused of previously stealing something at this place, "a can of beer" LOL.and "politely" asked to "get a 4uck out " by one of their stuff members.
Every single worker of this place deserves a medal for accusing people here of stealing stuff. Going to fill a complaint too. THANKS FOR THE "GREAT" "GREAT" customer service!

Best branch in the west! Friendly staff and a big selection of cold beer.and other delicacies like Iceburg vokda.

Location sometimes isn't the greatest, bu the staff here are very friendly. Still like coming in and getting what I need.

Place is clean and organized, despite the pressure from a poor neighborhood.
Staff are friendly and professional and merchandise gives you plenty of options, including cold beverages.

This location at 108 and King George Blvd.is an awesome store. I believe these workers have the greatest of pride, and attention to detail. Love this location, and will shop here.

Clean, well staffed - who have a detente with the homeless in the neighbourhood. They still get their quota of limited availability stuff, so if you can't find it at your neighbourhood store, maybe call them up.

Great selection, picked up some excellent scotch and a variety of tasty brews. Staff are excellent and friendly.

Always well stocked, with good sales and selections of products. Security is always on hand to deal with any problematic patrons that might wander into the store because of it's location. Staff is generally friendly, and they always bring out extra cashiers to help move the lines along when the store suddenly gets busy.

Terrible service. Was double charged for an item on my receipt. When I brought to their attention, I was made to wait almost ten minutes while they served other customers. They opened another til, which would have been ideal till to finish refund for error made. Instead they directed other customers there and continued finishing up customers waiting to pay at current register. When you make an error, own it and correct it ASAP. Your other customers can wait.finish with the one you screwed up on!

This store has some great deals on wine. Look for the signs hanging from the shelf or boxed wine on display. Some have been reduced by quite a bit!
