The staff were super friendly and were patient with me when my debit card wasn't working!

Well stocked liquor store with limited but good brand names.but how ironic they did not carry their own Canadian gluten free beer brand - Glutenberg?

Normally a decent selection but with strike occurring, some shelves are empty. Hoping for a positive outcome.

Love my local store at Wembley Mall.

Standard B. C. Liquor store, decent selection of everything, but if you think you want or need more, the store just down at Wembley Mall 10 minutes south on Highway 19A is fairly new and much bigger.

In my experience the staff have always been great here, but the store is small and lacks a lot of products that you can find elsewhere.

Something I have always found curious is that this demographic in this town likes a higher end or specialty product. And those are not so readily available.thank goodness the staff has a variety of experience because there is no one trained to do wine recommendations period really does depend on who you are fortunate enough to talk to the day and time you are visiting.the reason I gave three stars is because of the ability for commercial / restaurants to come in and wipe out an entire selection of goods from the shelf plus the back room.

For instance one of the gluten-free products I enjoy (and the only one that I can drink) has limited availability period especially here. Yet it is almost always sold out because a particular restaurant buys the entire lot out.

Would it not more sense for commercial or industrial purchases to have their own order rather than be able to walk in and wipe out the shelf plus everything in the stock room?

I'm not sure if this is a British Columbia liquor stores issue or if it is location based. If it's the latter, then the three stars is totally justified.

Anyhow if you're in a pitch and you're in town, this is your only option.

Typical government run business staff won't tell you you have to pay a dime for a bag, until after you use your card.duh

Forced my immuno-suppressed girlfriend to show 2 pieces of id and take her mask off (which is fine), but the dolt "serving" her refused to accept photo ID and her AHS card, claiming the AHS card required a signature? Meanwhile, I, a 22 year old man (same age as my girlfriend) was not asked for my ID, nor was I asked to remove my mask. When I stated my intent to make another purchase I was told I could not do so. The man who served my girlfriend deserves to be written up for his awful customer service, as this is blatantly sexist and ableist, do not shop here under any circumstances if you believe in equality.

Needed to pick up alcohol for the seniors at the for the home I work for staff was quite helpful

Helpful staff answered my questions about products with good knowledge and assisted me in finding what I was looking for

Great selection of spirits etc. They actually had B&B brandy that I was looking for. Brandy with Benedictine infusion. Yummy!

Awesome products to keep the Canadian population in a drunken stooper, so they don't have a revelution!

Great store. They have the beer I love. The one in Port Alberni didnt have it. Lighthouse brewing nightwatch.

Smaller store but now with ColdZone coolers for beer and cider. One stop shopping with Quality Foods right behind this store.

It's a liquor store. They have liquor. What kind of review were you expecting? I got the booze, so I am the buzzed. Nuff said
