One of the worst experiences I’ve had, the older man that works at this location made me feel so uncomfortable and he was very unpolite, there were multiple people in the store and came up to me when I was clearly grabbing one thing then when I got to the register was holding up my id’s inspecting every corner of them both for a couple minutes.never had ever has this experience at any liquor stores I’ve been too. That older man was very rude

The people that work here are amazing. Customer service is top tier. Makes you feel welcomed and give honest opinions.

The cashier who helped us was awesome! I haven't had an experience like this in a while. She was so friendly and she made our whole day!

Here, I want to share my experiences with clerk. At the counter I had brought beers to check out, the cashier asked how I am doing twice but I didn't catch it as I was thinking something else. A guy before me spoke Chinese to me which I didn't understand. Then, cashier asked me where I am from. And I asked back why are you asking me where I am from. Interpretation of this situation depends on readers of this. But I felt bad and it's rude.

This liquor store is my favourite one! Every time we go there the stuff are super nice and helpful. They have a large wine selection and some great deals.

What a great store, I could not belive how full the shelves were during the strike. The store manager was very super helpful on ideas for mixology. And helped pick out a few items I would not normally buy. Unfortunately she's married, had to ask by this point. But I will definitely come back for beautiful personality and great customer service.

Just saw the footage of a woman with a mask exemption being taunted and abused by aggressive males outside your store. They were being encouraged by an employee of yours. He was obviously inciting and encouraging these violent and frightening men. Am I in Canada?
I hope your store, employee and the male officer in particular are charged with full extent if the LAW.
You could perhaps refuse service.but inciting violence of men toward a woman is a HATE CRIME.
UTTERLY DEPLORABLE. This employee should be fired immediately!

My name is Howard and I am writing this letter to complain to you about the poor customer service rendered to my family and it was provided by your employee, Paul. And to be honest, this was not the first time. It was appealing to witness an employee of such a respected company behave in such a manner.

Today, my wife and my sister went to the store and purchased some liquor from your store. Paul asked them to present primary photo identifications. We understand the liquor store needs to check this on their due diligence. My wife just renewed her driver's license two days ago so she did not have valid identification. However, my sister has a legit driver's license with a photo. Paul triple checked my sister's ID and asked her, "Is this really you? " We have verifed a random stranger on the road just to testify whether Paul is discriminating my sister. At this event, the customer service representative could ask for extra identifications to prove. However, Paul gave my sister a skeptical look with racist tone as well as scanned her from head to toe, which is completely not acceptable. We were shocked and disappointed to have been treated in this way and believe you should be made aware of your employee's actions. And we certainly believe customer service is still a key for a retail business. Clearly, Paul is less capable of ensuring customer's satisfaction.

Staff are very helpful. Even though I was shopping during prime hours and the store was busy, but the one of the staff took his time helping me out with what I was looking for instead of just showing the direction to the item I wanted to purchase.

Very aggressive loss prevention person followed me around very obviously it was my daughter who mentioned it. I spoke with the teller on my way out, after paying for my purchases. No need for that type of overt surveillance considering cameras and the ability to search a bag if they feel something has been stolen.

Went to this location as our hotel is nearby. Found a great selection of beers and soju. Staff were very helpful and polite!

Came here on a weekday morning. The cashier wouldn't help me with bagging. She asked me if I would like a bag I told her yes. She then threw my receipt on the counter and turned around to help the next customer. I stood there bagged it myself. Then she asked me again if I needed another bag because I was standing there and since it was raining outside. I thought she would give me a bag to wrap it, but nope, she helped the next customer to bag his drinks and turned to help the next one in line. It's either she couldn't hear me TWICE or she was just being rude.

Always a great place to go if you want to get liquored up. Great swlection and lower cost than the privately owned stores

Larger location with a good selection. Pricing was fair. Casher who helped me was nice. However it was a bit awkward having security constantly following me around the store.

I thought the selection of wines was not good. I was looking for pinot grigio options and thought the selection was limited.

Friendly staff and well organized store. Large ‘cold zone’ section, however it is not the biggest BCL I’ve been to. I found almost all craft beer to be locally sourced (yay for supporting local) but keep in mind if you are looking for something specific.

This is a huge store it has just about every kind of beer and wine staff is really nice and friendly lots of parking underground and other amenities close by

Best prices but it government monopoly of an antiquated system that needs updated. Nice staff but that comes with better than average pay for the retail market.

Extremly unfriendly and incompetet staff. Denied sale to a 20 year old, since I just went grocery shopping with my underaged brother at Whole Foods and wanted to buy a six-pack beer for me! Went to BottleJockey across the street then - no problem, but a bit more expensive.

I like the layout of this location. It's bright and clean. The store's not too big either, so it's easy to find what you need. Some cashiers are a bit slow here though. They usually only have 1 person collecting cash.

The sliding doors open, and I'm greeted by the brisk air conditioning expected of a government location. I look around, and see what may as well be a field of wines from around the world, but I am uninterested. I've come for my quarry, and I do not intend to settle for less.

I make for the back of the store, and find the selection of craft beers; here, I expect to find a beverage that will fulfill my wildest thirst-dreams. I saunter through the isles, letting my eyes dance across the lines of bottles, sampling the possible futures that may come to pass.

However, I do not find what I was truly, deep down searching for. The selection, while reasonable and sizable, does not hold a variety that I would like, and thus, I am let down. I find something that catches my eye, but a twinge of solumnness grips my brain, as if to remind me of the grand possibilities of my drink-futures could have held.

I check out, and am satisfied with my purchase, but not exstatic.
