Thank you for the help finding a great red wine for a friend (Bonanza) ended up returning to purchase it again for a family member. ️

It was my first time that have decided to go to this place and had a chat with one if its workers and finally I made a good choice for my guests.

The one by Lonsdale Quay is a bit small but it offers the main items and has chilled beer and cider

Just watched a guy steal a 6 pack of beer, told staff. They did nothing and told me he's a regular customer. Wow

Great choice of alcohol at great prices. We sampled the BC Wine's we bought at the Lonsdale Quay branch. Friendly helpful staff.

If you're fixing to maybe do some perfectly legal public drinking at Waterfront park this summer, might I suggest this nearby BCL with it's coldzone selections?

I love this booze store. It's a smaller more intimate experience for when I'm feeling like punishing my liver. These guys have plenty of selection and although it's not as big as other nearby BCLs these guys do have specialty things you can't always find at the other ones. For example, I think these guys have more Mezcal than the Westview or Cap Mall BCLs for when you REALLY wanna get drunk.

Staff here are always friendly. They can tell you if they have something usually without needing to go and look first and they can also direct you to what store nearby will have what you're looking for if they don't.

If you're in the area and really into booze like I am, this place should be your first choice.

It's fun to enjoy responsibly but it might be time to take a break if you're drinking every day

This location has the best service you will find in any BCL. Courteous staff, will answer all the questions you have about Scotch and other spirits. Wish it has more collection of Scotch but a short drive away is Park Royal location if you need more selection. Great stop for a quick pickup on the way home!

Recent renovation and changes made people confused to find what they knew where to find it quick, this location is small and sometimes they do not have items that that u can get on other branches, staff are cool though.

The cashier who was ringing us, a tall slim white girl with orange hair, had zero communication with us. We were three people and when we started talking in our native language to each other she started rolling her eyes at us. We said hi to her but she didn’t even answer, didn’t talk to us at all. After she checked my ID and found out that we are from somewhere else she started giving us attitude. When my card was still authorizing she said to us really loud “you haven’t paid for this”. What kind of service is this? ! As if we were gonna run out of the store with our card in the pin pad. Really unpleasant experience. 0/0 for recommendation!

One of the friendliest BCLs on the North Shore. Great location, a comfortable interior, and very friendly staff. Ultimately that's what makes a great BCL, not unnecessary renovations like we've seen at some other locations. Highly recommended.

For the size of the shop, a great selection. Good service and great friendly helpful staff. At times very busy but service is quick.

Parking is brutal.and the wine selection is even worse. Compared to the other government stores around NV and West Van, it is bad. I would think with the changing demographics of the area (all the pricy condos going up), that they put some higher end wine in there. If you just want beer or hard stuff, it’s fine.

A little small, but still has a good selection. Convenient underground parking. Amusing and friendly helpful staff.

4 stars because while the beer selection was admirable, I found the lighting while I was trying to take a selfie in the beer section was only. Ok

A funny tall bald man with a beard works there, good times. "Chill Zone" was a joke tho
