There's a guy who I don't know if he is the manager or not but he went all over the place to find me the ice tea white claws.love him for that.will definitely go back to this place

Poor selection of craft beer, ok if you need to pick up something quick but not good if you are looking for something specific.

Smaller selection than most BCL, and the parking lot can get busy. Staff are generally friendly and the location is convenient for me.

More than once I've seen someone sprinting out the door stealing bottles of hard liquor. Security is an issue here!

Cashier who made my beer bill was excellent and follow all the steps from greeting to invoice making. Awesome service

Good covid-19 protocols, considering that its a fairly small store, they take good precations. Staff are helpful and will look up alcohol you want and tell you where else you can get it if they don't have it in stock. Cashiers are professional and efficient. Sometimest the line up outside the store can be quite long.

Excellent selection of alcohol. Very helpful staff. Found the rates cheaper as compared to other places as well.

B. C.liquor store is good for the people who like to relax one day after 5 days hard job. But never drink and drive. Never drink in front of little kids.drinkig a lot is dangerous for your health. Drink but only observe the norm. God bless you all.

Have been here twice now. Staff have been friendly and helpful. Store is well laid out for such a small liquor store. Decent selection of beer, both commercial and craft and the cold zone is a nice touch. Pretty good selection of wines and hard liquor as well. I prefer to buy from Government run liquor stores as I know the staff are being paid a good Union wage, and the money spent there helps Government pay for services which all British Columbians need.

Since the renovations months ago, the rather hidden, smaller location got a much needed face lift along with a new wall of fridges of the Cold Zone to the side. Even with no expansion, the better use of space makes the store feel more open and spacious. The staff has been very accommodating throughout the renovations and consistently helpful to answer any questions, make recommendations and stock check the nearby stores.

Lage collection of all kind of booze you can find here whisky wine bear rum tequila vodka and ect, this area have access for wheelchair and ideal for people with disabilities also there is a parking lot out side the store very easy access, different type of bears is available here, cheers!

Today while at this location I had came in to talk to the man at the desk, I was in distress because two men who were clearly high and drunk wouldn't leave me alone after a homeless woman had spoken to me. I had told them to please leave me alone, as they had both stood in front of me yelling at me to call the police if I want to go. I am very short and was scared. I was just trying to head home when they confronted me over this lady.

I had just asked if I could stay inside the store, I am quite short and wanted to call the police. He told me it wasn't his problem and that I'll have to talk to security but didn't provide me with a number. He had indicated that I should leave but I didn't.

I DID try to call security by talking to another man but they said they couldn't help me with this and whoever told me to do this was wrong.

As a government owned store I had thought at the very least that there would of been a few numbers to call for emergency. I was embarrassed and scared and eventually after reaching non emergency since it had been 40 minutes of me trying to get help I had left and went home.

His name started with L, I don't know who to complain but if you are in a dangerous situation do not come here. There is no security guard out front and they wont protect you. Go to the save on foods instead, or any other building. Let me make this clear, he did not even know my age and often get mistaken for a minor.

A full variety of alcohol. And about the only place you can find a liquor store in that part of Burnaby

Watch out for Georgie he's the white guy who looks like he is from the era of being ignorant to other people that coloured skin. Seriously don't come here unless you want to be treated like a criminal or suspect.the atmosphere here is messed up like the managers head for letting it be this way. The service was really bad. Id rather go to another liquor store because of this today

I had bad experience at this place today, I felt humiliated and disrespectful. I was with my bf quickly grabbed some drink and was heading to the Greek BBQ lamb festival. My bf was going to pay at the check out counter. The guy asked for my Id, I said I just renewed my driver license and didn’t get the new card yet. The guy refused to serve us. He said whatever I held (the bottles of liquor), they can’t sell to us. Man, whats wrong with you? It’s your duty to check my ID, however, you can’t treat me like im a criminal. I felt humiliated because of your behavior. I need a explanation from you!

Small location. They don't stock my beer (Moosehead). I did find the spirits that I was looking for. Friendly staff.

I visit many liquor stores throughout the month and week in the year and they all get the same rating 100%

Love this place. They greet you by name here. Well.they greet me by name. Idk if that says anything about my habits or not but it really isn't as bad as it sounds.wait a minute.

There is some different types of beers, wines, and whiskeys, but one can not buy only one can or bottle of some brands of beer. You have to buy a whole pack. That's not good for trying new brands!

They overcharged me. I only bought two cans of beer, but I was charged three. I didn't realize that till I got home and checked the receipt. I was so upset but what can I do? I have already left the store and hard to prove myself.so, friendly reminder to everyone: please do check your receipt after shopping. UPDATE：today, I went to the liquor store again since I felt like I need to tell them the mistake they made yesterday in person. To my surprise, the man in customer service was very nice, he told me I can get either a can of beer or the refund. I really appreciate that！thank you very much

The jerk who snuck in and stole the case of crown royal and two of our guys backpacks. Hey pal we saw what you look like. They do have video surveillance cameras. Nice shoes. There's quite few of us so we will be looking. Waiting. Patiently. City ain't that big.
