BC Liquor Stores

I am a regular bcliquor store customer but I experienced the worst customer service at this location. Jen was not just rude to me but to the customer infront of me too. She didn’t look happy with her job and was just there for her paycheck. Didn’t got greeted, which I mean I dont care, and was super rude and to my friend as well who is a new immigrant to this country and he was shocked with how he was treated as well! Not impressed at all.

I love it, it has a great variety of products and I found the perfect miniatures to give as gifts.

It is located on the main road of king George blvd near to Costco.
Plenty of parking spots are available in front of store.
All COVID precautions are implemented nicely.
Lots of varieties of liquors including American, Canadian & mostly all the types of bottles. I personally like the scotch & whiskey section.
Prices are also good specially for bigger bottles like more than 1 litre.
Staff are not disturbing while searching & they are super helpful on asking.
We like shopping here & also recommended for everybody.

Worst customer service ever. Rude when I asked for help and rude when I went to pay. Never going back!

The items I went to purchase were out of stock on the shelves, but I was able to have some more brought out from the stock room.

Great selection but staff are not friendly especially that older short haired woman at cash who is not even helpful. Unimpressed.

Always go there but had the worst experience with one of the staff. Super rude to my boyfriend and friend and then basically chucked the change at me and didn’t give me a bag to carry the items. So I had to call my boyfriend to help me carry the drinks. Then gave me a bunch of mean looks as I struggled to carry things out the door. So for that.one star. Not gonna go back. Don’t know the name of the guy unfortunately but very disappointed.as I’ve always gone there. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Great location with a wide variety of choices compared to other smaller locations. The staff are very helpful and are willing to go out of their way to help you out. Definitely would recommend this location to others!

Went to super store before I went there tried to buy a 6 pack of beer the l
Lady asked me how my day was going i said drinking beer and painting the fence oh so u have drank beer and I said yes no reason to lie tried to explain that I was walking only live one block away calling head office tomorrow when open

Terrible I have been a regular for about 8 years and management is just rude. 1st worst experience k the guy asked me where my parents were infront of my 2 children!? 2nd time.this new girl asked me for I d before I was even at a till! This makes me mad because I've worked in liquor stores I haven't ever had it in my head to go out of my way and harass someone well they shop for I d? 3 the lady that manages the place was treating me poorly when I walked in and it felt racial the funny thing is I'm aboriginal I'm not white dont treat me like a crack head its rude no stars no stars

Monopoly, very knowledgable and kind staff that’s still a product of our corrupt government that doesn’t allow private sector to sell those products freely they have almost no competition

Good and helping staff. Products are cheaper than other nearby liquor stores. Available almost all the liquor products.

Excellent selection of wines and spirits. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean store.

Nice selection of inexpensive and top shelf booze. Lots of staff and a good wine selection. The best part about this liquor store is that they dont steal the little sample bottles off the bottles. This drives me nuts about some of the local smaller liquor stores. They know who they are.

Always friendly and helpful, not snobby like the warehouse stores, or thick like the knobs in beer and wine stores. (In my opinion!) Great website, I look for wines on sale.

Friendly staff well stocked store. Really cant go wrong with a BC liqour store. Not that there is anything wrong with smaller liqour stores. Store is usually clean and looks nice. I've ordered things from here and they have always come on time great store!

Went in found everything I was looking for. I asked someone for help because I was cooking duck and he helped me out gave me some good choices and my guests enjoyed. Friendly staff, well stocked. I would recommend going here if you are in the neighborhood.

Staff are somewhat miserable when long lines unshaven guy drags himself up to till and grunts and acts like he's doing u a favour?

Huge assortment of spirits and other liquor. The prices are decent and the lines flow smoothly.

I unfortunately witnessed one of their staff members being extremely prejudice and discriminating to an older asian man. I don't want this experience to affect the other staff members, but the whole team should all be on the same page. The staff member was raising her voice saying "No! English! See? English, learn to read… yah" as the older asian man was left helpless and probably feeling embarrassed. I don't see racism this evident as often, but when I do, I can't help but feel empathic with whoever was targeted.
