Nice staff they helped me choose a wine when I forgot my glasses and couldn't read the labels.

As someone with neurodivergence I like to make sure I am doing the right things at the right places efficiently. So I took an hour to try and find out if this liquor store even takes empties. I found a review from 4 years ago about a guy that returned his truck full even though there was a limit. So I go in and simply ask if there’s a limit so I can bring in that amount and that amount only. When I’m asked how many I have and reply honestly with “15 dozen” and get laughed at even though I never had the intention of bringing them in was appalling. I did everything in my power to not look stupid and yet your employees still had me leave feeling such. I only needed a few dollars anyway but it was definitely not worth feeling shamed. Don’t bother bringing bottles to bc liquor stores, that’s what the bottle depots are for I guess.

I was exceptionally pleased with the level of service I received at this location. There was a nice young man named Sam who really went above and beyond for me!

Store has good operating hours, staff is friendly and helpful. Just keep in mind parking here can get extremely congested during busy times.

Wow! I go into a liquor store about 4X a year. But I think next time, I'll pick a private one. I don't know if these cashiers at the government liquor stores are told to be "nasty and miserable" but if you are, you are doing a fantastic job. Last time I go into Walnut Grove store. The one cashier was absolutely miserable! With all the "Covid" going on, be a little nicer, and appreciate you are still working! Wow! Try and smile and say hi! This is why unions suck!

Typical BC liquor store. Service has always been good. They added a cooler and it feels like maybe the beer selection has suffered a bit since.

The manager at this store needs a lesson on customer service. During my interactions he acted as if I was bothering him and could not be bothered to get up from his work or stand up from his chair to talk with me. My biggest frustration was that despite seeing all the items I had, he offered no help while I was attempting to load almost 20 cases to my car. Instead he returned to his work as if I was not even there. A manager should lead by example and based on my experience the manager has a lot to learn about professionalism and caring for customers.

I bought a 6 pack of bud. Got home to put in the fridge. 3 of the cans were punctured. I called to ask for replacements and they said no and were very rude. Told me to call budweiser.

Staff are helpful, new cold zone.one year anniversary almost. The staff and store are great but the liquor control board has pulled a lot of control store managers used to have over in house stock. Now they are delegated to carry certain products that dont sell taking up space that could be used for a more flavorful selection. Also bc liquor tax pst and gst are near 20% by the time its said and done which is unavoidable in bc. Where does all that money go?

I like the staff here! They are quite helpful and aren’t pushy. They always have a good recommendation when guests “pop in” and have lots of information on competing brands of similar types. Lots of selection and they recently installed fridges for beer
