The people who work here are so helpful and lovely! Always helpful in recommending something within any price range. Very personable atmosphere.

Nice people, decent selection, but PLEASE.you have a bad sound system playing annoying music far too loud! Just want to get out of there as fast as I can.

Just had a great experience here. The website indicated they had a certain tequila in stock, but I could not find it on the shelf.

The sales associate looked into both back stock rooms to find it for me. Her diligence was greatly appreciated, and resulted in one happy customer.

Neighbourhood liquor store. Not very big. Still has a decent selection. Staff was efficient last couple times I was there. Couldn't find much specialty/craft beer/ale though.

Run by Karens who refused to serve me as I only had my driver's license and for some reasons they asked for two set of idea despite my old looks and beard. Perhaps maybe cause my driving license was British! Not sure!

I guess they're only following the codes and procedures though it's a shame how human discernment has no place and they all just follow the rules blindly like a robot!

I haven't been in a liquor store in more than 10 years but my phone thinks I was so you're getting a five-star anyway

The best liquor store on the West side with the phenomenal staff. On out last trip to this store we had an accident - we dropped a bag full of bottles - within few seconds we had the store manager and 3 staff members helping us out. They were efficient but calm and friendly, everything was cleaned up and broken bottles replaced, free of charge, in less than 5 min. We were still in shock (dropping a bag with 8 bottles in it will do that to a person) by the time we left the store.
We liked this location for its great selection and an easy access. Now we like it ever more for the wonderful people working there.

Product line is limited but enough choices. Some staff are really friendly but others are not so. Comparing to private like liquor depot they very nice and always friendly.
