BC Liquor Stores Nanaimo Terminal Pk

Awesome service, looking for Kirsch Terminal was out of stock so staff tracked some down at another branch!

Made a quick stop at Nesvog's and then walked over to the BC liquor store. I picked up a very dependable (doesn't disappoint) bottle of Bodacious Malbec (red) table wine with a price point of $10.99 before taxes and I also chose a bottle of White Bodacious Pinot Grigio with a sale price of $9.99 before taxes. There is a nice light and airy feeling at this particular store, staff always friendly and they make a point of asking if they can help you or do I have any questions? Kind of gives me that small town-feel like you know everyone "feeling". Good variety of spirits, liqueurs, beer, wine, coolers, etc. Happy with my purchase and price. I know they have the finer wines available should the occassion call for it. No waiting for extended periods of time, these professionals know what they're doing and they're smiling while doing it. "That's the way, Uh-huh, Uh-huh I like it, Uh huh, Uh huh" Lol.

Love it, best customer service in Nanaimo. Their always going that extra mile for their customers! Great group of people!

Never in my life have I had such bad customer service from the cashiers at this store on my last 2 visits there. I will not be giving this store my business anymore!

Got every thing in one mall at the right location and they don't take it for granite as they could reasonable. Thanks

I understand that everyone is upset about the pandemic but the disrespect I received the other day was inexcusable. There were two staff (older ladies) that treated me like I was dirt on the bottom of their shoes! I would recommend a talking to by management to help with the tones and attitudes they have in the workplace.

Definitely the best BCL in Nanaimo. Good selection. Could use more chilled products but overall excellent.
