BC Liquor Stores North Burnaby

Good selection on every variety of liquor. Ice wine are all in reasonable price. Very convenient for parking.

I usually am positive on my reviews. However, this one was really tough for me. I guess a bit of courtesy would be harmless!
Today, I took our own empty liqoure glass bottles to this store, and the person who looked to be a manager or alike told me if I had collected them from garbage!? ! And I politely said no, there are only 30 bottles from my home. Then I brought the bottles to the store, and after putting around 10 of the on the counter, he told me they smell disgusting and we can't accept them as our warehouse would become smelly!
I told him I had washed at least half of them, and the rest do not smell. I really felt like this guy was humiliating me.
Just to let others know.

Nancy at this location was amazing! She tried to help me locate the alcohol I was looking for and even helped find the phone number of the bc liquor store near by so I don’t need to run around.

She was friendly and really wanted to help me. What really amazed me was her looking up the inventory to make sure I have the right one.

I will be coming back for me restock ️

Just a regular Liquor store. Well organized and clean. A huge parking lot and very friendly staff.

A large selection of products including seasonal ones. There were lots of cashes open so checkout was quick and friendly.

The store has such a variety when it comes to flavoured beer, wine or cooler. I enjoy going this place because the staff is always willing to help, they have very good things on sale and it's not that busy like in another BCLS's. Also, some of the products come with some different gifts all the time which makes my shopping experience funnier because I never know what I'm going to find as new product/gifts and that makes me feel that I enjoy it very much.

The cold beer and wine section is very small, parking isn't great, and the store in general feels dark and dingy. There are better BC Liquor stores that I would drive to instead of going here.

Friendly staff. Wish customers would stop parking in the no parking areas and blocking driveway. Selfish people. Blah.

Staff is great, this store seems to keep stock updated and not out of stuff like other branches.

Really lovely customer service and selection here, but extremely disappointed to be racially profiled! Security guard demanded we show a receipt after leaving while putting away our items after being the only customers in the store, making a huge deal to insinuate we stole what we left with because we didn’t get a bag with our purchase.one person from our party paid first and was harassed outside the store until the rest of us came and started questioning what was going on.he had no desire to see the white people’s receipts in the group.clearly if he was doing his job he wouldn’t have felt the need to harass us as the store only had our group in it when the harassed person paid, and when we asked him to tell us why he was demanding a receipt he refused and kept condescendingly telling us to “have a nice day” in response to us telling him we were not pleased by him radically profiling him instead of replying to what we were saying.worker told us we could wait there until the evening for the manager to be on shift if we had a problem, which clearly we’re not about to do if we’re out buying things here.extremely unprofessional and will definitely be avoiding this location at all costs from now on.

One of my regular liquor stores when I decide to drink alcohol. All the staff are reasonably helpful when you ask them pleasant. Why do you think I keep going there. Plus they sell my beer brand that I can't get at the liquor store closer to me which is on Broadway and Rupert.

I love this liquor store their shelves are always stocked except I usually have to wait in a line to check out. They are a busy location.

What's not to like? If you're in here you're probably happy so there's that! Super friendly and helpful staff.

Hit and miss with staff at this location. Some lack customer service skills and common sense. Nothing different than any other BC liquor store in terms of selection.

Always better price sometimes 5 to 6 dollar cheaper than other stores buy local beer to support community! Awesome beer!

It is a small store but with very friendly employees. The one who served me was extremely courteous.
