Great store started using during Covid and staff always had my order ready and loaded into my car…keep up this great customer service, now it’s 2024 and still great service and friendly staff

Bought rye whiskey and white wine

Always very helpful and kind staff. Great for many liquors, but lacking in specialty wines especially imported.

Not 1 star, supposed to be zero stars. Absolutely pathetic bunch of people. I'm 28 and get asked for a piece of ID, so I show them a piece of ID but they refuse to serve me and chase me out because i don't have 2 pieces of ID. It's actually ridiculous, will never use you again or any of your stores. Will rather use private owned even if they are more expensive.

Wow… spent over $100 there and we asked if we could take a few boxes and there’s 100’s of them sitting at the front of the store (they look like customers can take them) and the man that served us said that was ok, well some older blonde lady with glasses barked at us being extremely rude saying “ we don’t give out our boxes. ” and rolled her eyes at us, making us feel like we did a crime. What are you hoarding the boxes for anyway? And the man said we can take them! Absolutely ridiculous for staff to talk to customers with an attitude like that.

Decent selection and for the most part great service. There are however at least 1 or 2 cashiers that have zero interest in their jobs or their customers.

Product Specialists here are excellent especially when Information on wines is sought. All staff members are helpful as well.

Friendly staff! A customer service rep even ordered me some coolers I had found at another location! Blown away. Binder at the cash register is also an absolute star and always very helpful. I’m so glad to have a good location so close to home.

It's a liquor store. There were some items on sale but not all. Good selection of all drinks. Needs to see Somersby pear cider. Have not seen this for a long time. Hope they bring it back. Other than that it's not a bad place.

This location always seems to be out of stock of popular products, I'd rather drive out further to the white rock location to purchase what I'm looking for. The cashier actually lowered their mask to cough (facing me), I did not appreciate that.

Typical BC LIQUOR STORE overpriced and limited stock. But 5stars for the staff they don't run the monopoly and are mostly helpful and friendly

Sometimes it gets busy during the COVID19 protocols and there's a lineup outside.but overall the line moves pretty quickly.

Gin selection could be vastly improved. For example, there are rows and rows of vodka at the Semiahmoo store but hardly any varieties of gin.

I recommend this store. Staff members are extremely knowledgeable, especially about the wine selections. Good advice, including pairing options for meals.

The customer service is very off and extremely u knowledgeable staff! I went into the store to buy 9 bottles of wine and a few other random goodies. I was approached by a lady 3xs asking if I needed help, upon the fourth time she asked me i got irritated and told her I already said NO four times.so I took what I had paid for it and went to the liqour store across the street.

I expressed my feeling to some of my family members and friends who went in throughout this week to find the same customer service. I get theft is a big thing esp atm but I had no purse, just my wallet and a list of things to buy. I spent jusy over 130 but across the street I spent an additional 120 that day, all because I felt judged and extremely uncomfortable!

I personally wouldn't recommend this bcl to anyone!

They had exactly what I was looking for. Had to wait outside for about 5 minutes but got what I wanted.

Clean place. Didn't have what I wanted but picked up other drinks that were on special so it wasn't bad. Didn't talk to any staff so can't comment on them. Checkout person was nice.

The store on 24th ave Whiterock only the cashier was willing to find what I needed the other two were useless noobs.

Variety is good enough. Pay counter was fast & friendly.
Expensive as all get out.which is what I did.

I was looking for Colt 45 beer. They did not have it. This is a 'spotty' thing. Some BC liq. Stores have, some not.
It's an 8 % alcohol brew that I like.
Anyway, I bought the Chilian wine on sale and all was well. Got my Colt elsewhere.

This is definitely the liquor store to visit in South Surrey/White Rock area. Yes Everything wine is larger and has a better high end selection but not by much. The store is bright and clean with a nice section of premium wines in the right corner. Also noteworthy they do participate in the Bordeaux release in October and have a well organized process where they even serve you coffee and donuts as you wait in line at 6am! When you walk the alleys in linger you are likely to be approached by very competent staff wanting to help you. Great experience for a government store. Which they were all that.

This is a government liquor store so of corse they have better prices, they have a "cold zone" at this location that provides cold beverages. Great staff who are friendly and helpful.
