Reviewing for my hubby and myself! I was the first with my appointments. Lucky enough to be able to see Dr Bobby Birdi (periodontist/prosthodontist) for 2 implants for missing teeth. Absolutely went without a hitch! Great healing and such an easy process! Dr Birdi has the best assistants. Shout out to Amanda who was at all times, professional, and very thorough with her explanation of procedures. Much appreciated!
Next, I saw Dr. Rana Tarzemany (periodontist) for bone grafting! Such a perfectionist, and I highly recommend. So gentle and the best results!
Hubby just today finished with 12 crowns with Dr Sarah Alabdullah! (Prosthodontist) WOW! We are so impressed! This looks like a full mouth reconstruction. We are blown away! Things could not have gone more smoothly. And his smile looks incredible! The process was surprisingly quick, painless, and Dr. Sara is another perfectionist with this team of specialists. I had an early morning appointment and arrived a few minutes late. The staff at front desk was pleasant and I was led to the treatment room promptly. The office was neat; looked a bit different.new paint? The consult with Dr. Birdi was productive and I left with a working solution. A good visit.

I found the receptionist and specialist assistant very friendly. I would like to mention that the specialist assistant was very helpful and detailed in explaining things to me. She made things easier to understand.

The dental care which I receive at this clinic is directly responsible for me not having any more cavities and thereby saving my precious teeth. I am so very, very thankful.

I am glad to be referred to BC Perio for my Dental implant as both Doctors were very confident with the procedures.

I had a very bad experience with a general Dentist who failed to complete the implant for me due to a screw broke inside.

Luckily, Dr. Birdie has all his magic powers to surgically remove the broken screw from there and at the same time placed back a new screw in for the implant. I was assured of the procedure and he had it completed smooth sailing. It was over but glad that he had such a full confidence to deal with the issues.

Always go to a specialist like this one, i.e, awesome BC Perio for implants and never go for a general Dentist.

Dr Birdi is an amazing periodontist! I went to him for a second opinion after my original periodontist advised that I needed implants for multiple teeth and there was no other option. To make a long story short, 6 weeks after my initial visit & short procedure with Dr Birdi, my problem pockets have reduced in size significantly and at this point it is recommended that I no longer need implants. I am impressed at the service and care provided as Dr Birdi (and his team) is really looking out for his patient's best interest.

I HATE going to the dentist.but the staff at BC Perio made it almost enjoyable. Dr. Birdi takes such care in his work, he is so meticulous in his work, so patient in taking the time to make sure my dentures fit right and that they look like I want them to. His staff is wonderful, they took such good care of me, making sure I understood what they are doing. They are always friendly and upbeat. Everyone there.from the receptionist on are knowledgeable, professional and personable. I had major work done and top and bottom dentures made and fitted and highly recommend them for any denture needs you have!

Dr. Rana Tarzemany and her team are detail-oriented, caring and provided excellent information and guidance as to the scope of the dental procedures as well as to the proper hygiene to be followed by the patient. I also experienced the competence and approachability of the Administration and Treatment Coordinators.

A college hockey injury 50 years ago was coming back to haunt me. My 4 front teeth had been knocked out and now, the often repaired bridge was not holding. I was tired of cutting everything in smaller and smaller pieces, eating everything from the side of my mouth and constantly worrying about my bridge falling out! My wife had very good experiences with implants under Dr Birdi’s expert care so I went for an evaluation. He has so much expertise that within 5 or 10 minutes, he was able to rapidly outline my various options. After X-rays and scanning, he then went into his office and produced 3 printed itemized plans so I could clearly see the time, the cost and the long term implications of each plan. I really felt confident that I was truly in expert hands. He answered quickly and authoritatively each one of my questions. Using state of the art equipment, Dr Birdi showed me the problem areas. It was possible to actually see my teeth on the monitor and the progress during the various procedures. The constant measuring and checking to ensure perfect alignment of the implants was reassuring. Seeing is believing.
Everything about the experience at BC Perio Coquitlam was first class. Kathryn, the very skillful dental assistant, was extraordinary, from outlining the whole procedure, taking pictures, assisting Dr Birdi expertly, examining carefully the progress and being very knowledgeable. Miranda, at the front desk, was also very helpful in setting up all of the appointments, getting me in quickly when necessary and being personable and friendly. It also was important to note that Dr Birdi’s initial cost estimate was exactly what he had quoted. My now permanent front teeth look great and more importantly, I can now chew anything comfortably and confidently. A huge “thank you” to Dr Birdi and his team!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Edher and his entire team at BC Perio in Coquitlam. The level of professionalism and care I received from everyone (Courtney, Carly & Miranda) was second to none. I feel like a new person with the improved smile that they have given me. I saw Dr. Birdi about two weeks ago. I had a cracked tooth and was in a lot of pain. Dr. Birdi removed my tooth and placed an implant. He and his team were confident and very capable. I felt totally taken care of! He is an amazing dentist and i would highly recommend him!

What an amazing experience! Dr. R. Tarzemany has to be the absolute best in her field! My gum grafting was painless and a much better experience than I could have ever hoped for! Louise at reception is so kind and welcoming as well. They even followed up the next day to check on me. The level of professionalism exhibited by all staff is exceptional! I saw Dr. Birdi a few months ago and now that my treatment is complete I wanted to write this review to let others know that this place is absolutely amazing! Dr. Birdi and his whole team made sure I felt comfortable with my treatment and answered all my questions before proceeding. I am now with teeth and feeling fabulous and pain free! I have only dealt with Louise and Frances but both are very competent at what they do. Very friendly and very helpful. I like the feel of the office when I'm there. And my mouth feels great after Frances beats me up.
