BC tires is the way to go if you need to supply discontinued tires or any related. But the customer service is horrendously terrible; Do not ask questions or else the owner starts picking a verbal fight with you, even if the question is a simple “what is it? ”. I had a horrible time conversing and a horrible time in general. Never again going there.

Stay Away from this shop. Bad customer service. Unprofessional give wrong product information to customer. I call and also visit this store i asked over phone i am looking all weather tire for my truck 255/55/R18 the old punjabi owner said he has it but you have to come we did not have time we are busy. When i reached there i asked again you have all weather tire he said yes, when i asked him show me tire he showed me tire which i click the picture of my iPhone attached in my post as well. He is showed me winter tire and saying me its all weather tire with the confidence. I trust him.
I click the picture send that picture to my friend who have a great knowledge for tire work for transit. He told its not all weather tire.do not buy from him. I save myself but i want to aware other one thats the reason i wrote this post. ***Stay Away from BC Tires & Auto Repair shop.

I called this shop on 23/10/23 that i need 195/70/14 tires for my car and they said we have in stock. When i arrived there i was told we have only 185 and it will also work, we have good hankook tires and was told to drop the car and come back after few hours.luckily I didnt get a ride back to home in the mean time i saw the tires arrived for my car was 2017 make when i asked them why you are putting expired tires they said oHhh we just noticed this.how surprising. My car was old and nuts were jammed they broke one stud and said these all rusted studs must be replaced then i insisted to use WD 40 and try if u can save my bucks and it worked all remaining 3 nuts were opened easily. I told them to please give my car i made a mistake coming to your shop.just get my tires replaced from Alpi tire depot easy and trustworthy service.

So make sure if you are going to BC tires you double check the tire date.

This shop has really awesome people. I have requested them to change my car tires with balancing on immediate basis. I have also ask them to change break fluid. They immediately took my vehicle into the workshop and did all the work well before the time they promised. Great price, excellent service, very pleasant experience.

Has pretty cheap price for a tire repair.but as I drove off the lot my TPMS showed that my tire was still low. I drove around to see the sensor would set but unfortunately not. I checked it manually to discover they only partially filled up my tire? I guess they arent familiar with truck tires? As they should be filled to 40 PSI not 30. It's super handy they have all the informational on the drivers side door sticker. I guess tire technicians aren't aware that? Super comforting.maybe a good practice to check the pressure before sending a customer home? Or future I will always check my tire in the shop personally before leaving. Can't trust anyone's work these days:/

Great place. The owner is lovely! He always fits us in (usually it's for a nail in one of our tires). I've never met him but my husband said he is very nice. Never any issues with their customer service and they're always very honest.

Busy place, they confirmed tire on the phone, when we were there, there was not in stock, we wasted our time

Just don’t go there very bad and worst service I just want to replace my tires and I drop my car and when I came to pick up my car he made the bill of 1800 for tyres and 1000 for another issue and there was no issue in my car jus don’t go

The owner Kent told me to go to hell in front of all his staff and customers. It was really disrespectful and embarrassing
Enough said about this business! They will not honor what they have written in their receipt and try to charge you extra for something they said they would already do.

Kent has always treated me fair in this place. Now he is retired and his son has taken over. I hope that things will still be the same or better.

The worse service I have ever had from an automobile service center. They tried to scam me, they lied to me, they damaged my car, they didn't complete the job as promised and paid for in full.a complete GONG SHOW. I really thought I was being pranked on some kind of live TV reality show! I can prove Everything I've said and then some. I have pics, recordings and witnesses. I would gladly take them to court, time permitting. I'm also a heavy-duty mechanic and have extensive knowledge of vehicles. However, I do not have a tire machine and I'm injured. Hence, I can not do the work myself. I also can't be scammed!
I would Never refer them to anyone except the authorities.

Went to get a steel rim replaced, was quoted 150. Paid a deposit. Happened to be at Canadian Tire that night and enquired about the price of the rim. $109. When I went to pick up my tire the next day, which wasn't ready, I informed them of the price difference, and asked if they could do anything, The reply was no. I came back a few days later, and after waiting 1/2 hour for them to mount it was happy to UPDATE And, after I put the tire on, it turns out they did not put the sensor in the rim so my car now tells me that I have a flat tire! Truly the worst service!

Provided excellent service in a timely manner, very reasonably priced and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommended as a tire repair shop.

Worst experience ever and this place is way too overpriced. Do not come to this place for car repair or you will regret it.

$250 for a useless inspection.
Had the service done somewhere else for way less and the problem was different than what stated on inspection.

Kent has the best service in town! Reasonable too!
Anytime I have a flat he tells me to just bring my van in no appt needed. I've never had to wait too long considering. (Patience is key) His crew are equally providing great service. As far as I'm concerned it's the only place to go for your tire needs.

Amazing customer service. Called today and asked if I should come just come in or make an appointment. The guy at service said you can come at 1 or 2 pm when we are free. So, I called in at 1 and said I am dropping by. Another guy picked up the phone and I said Iwanted to confirm I should come around 1 as previously told. He said very annoyed " Come why? What? ". I said for tire service. He literally shouted "We are busy whole day. Next time dont call. Understand! " WOW. Highly recommend this place.

Called in to order a replacement tire as the one bought 2 weeks before I damaged and they said they’d order it and call me in 1-2 days. It’s now 10 days.

DO NOT take your car here. Shotty workmanship. Probably done on purpose to produce further problems in order for you to keep bringing your vehicle back. Took mine in to get 2 tires replaced. I asked them to have a look at the breaks, and as well the cooling system as I had a minor overheating problem. They installed the two tires, they replaced the break pads but didn’t turned the rotors. They replaced the water pump and timing belt. After all said and done I was in it for about $1600. I pick up my vehicle and within ten minutes, the overheating problem was worse, the breaks vibrated worse than before. My vehicle is in a different shop now. They tell me that all of the timing belt cover bolts are cross threaded and striped and looked like it was done purposely. The radiator that was in good shape now has a small leak, and there is now a random misfire at idle, costing me big! Please do not support this business, you will no doubt be ripped off. Brutal.

Kent is always helpful, explains why he wants to do a certain way, but also listens to hubby's concerns. Hubby is OCD, no issues to go back for follow-up.

Went there for a "safety inspection" for my motorhome. After spent $3600, I found out that the awning of my RV was torn, probably got caught by the shop door frame or something.
They completely denied they did it. I asked to see the surveillance footage of the shop, the "manager" said the person who operated it wasn't there. Also the owner wasn't there neither. He told me they would get back to me. That's 2 months ago.
I have been coming to this shop for service for over 10 years, never questioned their integrity/honesty, always paid what they asked for. Now I wonder how much they have been ripping me off?

Never go to this place. These guys are worst and liars. I went there for tire mounting and they didn’t do the job properly. Worst customer service and nobody will listen to your complaint.

Replaced my tires with good quality tires at reasonable prices. Don't hesitate to check them out.

Dont go to this shop if you want to save your car ‘s transmission. He put wrong tire size in my car. Owner is very very rude. He dont know how to talk.

This guys are waste of time and money. I came to replace my rims and tires at this store, asked them if my new rims are going to fit the car, he confirmed to me that yes it will. Then I asked them to go ahead and put them on. They said said they were going to charge me $ 200 deposit since I am buying tires from them, I agreed and made the deposit.
They tried to change the first tire and then they realized the rims wouldn't fit my car, I asked for my deposit they said they can't return the entire money that they will have to charge me half of my deposit. I am like seriously dude this is your mistake, I asked you if would the rims would and you confirmed to me it would.
Anyways they are just a waste of time and money.

Front business for shady dealing. This company and owner are linked to a trucking company in Toronto, all routes logistic. They're moving products and it's not tires and rims. Only a matter of time before the OPs get to them. Stay clear and go to Kaltire.

They play very fraud. Showed the tire hankook and installed the laufenn. Their word change every second. Please be aware everyone.

Excellent and ultimate place. Very professional, quality service, and cost effective at the same time. Mr. Kulwant is very professional, gave us excellent technical expertise and took really well care. All future referrals for our family and friends will definitely come here.

If you’re ordering tires and wheels and are quoted a month.trust me it’ll turn into two months. Ordered wheels in late May was told they would be here early to mid June and now it’s July. If you guys don’t mind the wait order from BC Tires otherwise take your business else where. 2 months and still waiting. Not Happy with this shop.

I was very impressed with the whole team from the frontliner, service manager and general manager. They surpassed my expectations.

I do not recommend this tire shop for anyone. Very rude and unwelcoming customer service from the moment I walked in. They are very unprofessional and I would not trust these guys. I eventually decided to walk out the shop and not get my work done because of the distasteful attitude.

They are not professional, they changed my tires and the vehicle vibrated. They we busy and told the tires need to wear in. Took to other shop and they never balanced the tires (was charged)

Highly unsatisfactory customer service - had a simple part to install and they failed to do so properly, then would not own up to their mistake. Blamed the part when clearly it was their installation mistake. Save your money and headaches, go elsewhere.

Bought a set of 4 Yokohama Geolandar AT's for my Jeep. Had their "mechanic" install and supposedly balance the tires. Drove it off the lot down Scott road going about 40-50 and instantly noticed a severe wobble. Immediately drove it back, they didn't balance the tires. They "rebalanced them" and drove it home again. They put weights that hook on to the side of the rim, which immediately flew off as I drove it home.

I drove it back, and explained what happened. The manager started belligerently yelling and swearing at me telling me it's not their fault and I have faulty rims. How is that possible when my other tires were perfectly fine?
I spent the extra money and decided to get my tires road-force balanced at a much more reputable shop down the street. They were WAY! WAY WAY off balance from what they did at BC Tire. I should have gone there originally.

DO NOT give them your business if you value your safety and vehicle.

Highly recommend BC Tires. All my tire needs I always use BC Tires, with affordable prices and great quality this is hands down the best tire shop in Surrey. I have used BC tires for Tires in the past and custom wheels on all my cars. THEY DO NOT DISAPPOINT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BC TIRES!

Absolutely disgusted with the level of professionalism and how we were spoken to and treated. The manager lost all interest in helping us after we were not going to purchase more expensive tires. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Very rude and disrespect owner. He passed some nasty comments and too arrogant. Will never go back there again. Extremely bad experience. One of my friend also told me that he is a ill mannered person.

Hii These people's are soo rude Today I went over there to get my warranty tire back which is pending from 1 month then they started pushing us out of store talking very rudely saying go out from here never go over their for new tires
