BC Vital Statistics

I have tried calling more than five times and I’ve left three voicemails asking for a call back with all of my information and I never get a call back or get through to anyone. They need to invest in a multi line phone system because it won’t even let me wait on hold.

Ordered a long form certificate on Feb 14 and got it in the mail (in a different country) in just over 15 days. Amazing considering some of those were a holiday and non-business days, thank you!
