One of the best customers service experience for me. Amanda explained me everything about BCAA Services, got a good advice. Recommendation to everyone who is looking for a quick service.

Poor phone service, when calling BCAA there's more or less zero chance you"ll ever speak to anyone to ask quick question or make a general inquiry. This should to change

Easy to get insurance and nice people work there. Better to book an appointment before you arrive but also they helped me without appointment.

2022 UPDATE.
So I went in to do a bit of a complicated insurance swap from one vehicle to another. HUGE thank you to Joanne for getting that done for me! She took the time to figure it out and get it done the way I needed and was a pleasure to work with. Very much appreciated!

Very helpful staff. I like going in person rather than buy insurance over the phone and they are awesome in how they take the time to answer all my questions. Shout out to Farah for her excellent service! She has helped me twice now and does a great job! Thanks!

No one answers the phone call when I'm calling in.
More so this location doesn't do walk ins? I came in one time and they helped right away had staff waiting for customers. But came another day, no one was working just reception and one person. Was needed to make an appointment and come back. This location, parking isn't free at the plaza.

Make sure you are clear with the receptionist.

I moved it to one star because, I just spoke with some people in Vietnam regarding the IDP. And it doesn't not apply to Vietnam the Internation drivers license you get from here. The clerk has lied to me about it.:/

Excellent service! Shrina was very helpful. She took the time to give me the best quote possible. She is very professional, knowledgeable and so patient. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend this place.

Of all the interactions i've had with this BCAA branch over the past 5 years, I've had great service. They care about your needs and take the time to explain the services being offered. You don't feel rushed and there's always coffee that's complementary! Overall BCAA's service company wide have been fantastic and I wouldn't look elsewhere for service.

Came here to get my international driving permit and was very impressed with the level of service offered. I arrived and was immediately greeted by friendly staff who promptly took my photos and issued my permit within 15 minutes. Surprised to see no lineup or wait. They even have free coffee for customers. Highly recommended and I will be checking out their other products and services online due to my exceptional experience at this location today.

On the third time i stopped by they finally had time to get me renters insurance.the first quote i received was wrong and there definition of landlord is weird.i live with my landlord but they say landlord is the person who owns the house.woman fixed this and insurance went up $40 for a year.very disappointed.update, 2 hours after buying the insurance, they said i have to come in and sign some more paperwork which they missed. HUGE inconvenience.very disappointed

Literally everyone here is the nicest person ever. You thought the guy at the front desk blew you out of the water with how incredibly welcoming he was? He's got nothing on the lady that helps you next behind the counter. Expecting to have to wait an hour for your ticket to be called? Nope, your bum barely touched the seat before a friendly face wanted to help you. I never thought I could have a genuinely WONDERFUL experience getting an IDP, I'm almost kind of confused. Keep up the fantastic work!

Experienced a superior level of customer service from the time I entered the facility until I completed my application. The two ladies who helped me were very helpful informative and friendly.

Been a member for over 25 years and have used the emergency service about 6 times total. Went to get an international driver permit and was charged $13 for the picture. Com'on BCAA.

I've been to this location 4 times over the last 3 years and each time received superb service. They managed to solve a complex registration issue quickly and professionally, when two other autoplan brokers treated me like I was trying to break the law and said it was impossible. Great team there all around.

I got a quote over the phone which was fine, but when I went in - I asked to re-do the session again
