0 Stars. Had a horrendous auto insurance claim. Adjuster would not return calls or emails until I complained. Then did not write off my car that was worth $7k. Even though it had $12k in damage. They would not properly explain why. ICBC did determine my car a write off. All my carfax reports indicated it was a write off after BCAA opted to repair. So my $7k car was now worth $0 and could not be sold. This put me into a bit of financial hardship. I did complain. BCAA said take it to the ombudsmen which will take 6months. Where will you store your broken car. That was leaking. I had no where. So I felt like I had no choice. BCAA is a direct writer and has flexibility on their own product. I've been waiting OVER 2 HOURS on the phone. I'm still getting the message "stay on the line and your call will be taken in priority sequence". I guess since they are now closed and still repeating this message, I may as well go somewhere else. I think superstore insurance is open late.

Disgusting rates for car insurance! Bad service too! When I went in a couple of months ago the lady KNEW that I was coming back for car insurance and hoping it would be better than Icky Bicky. I go there and I am Now told that they want some information that I was NOT told before. They should have been able to look it up, Proper service. Their rates were Disgusting! They helped the Bullys who screwed me over for almost $400 win even more: (: (: (. I will NOT be getting my insurance from there again.
