Very fast service at this location. Came here to take passport photo. In and out within 15-20 mins. Great service!

Nice and clean place - waiting area is better than most banks in the area. Preet Patel was friendly and helpful. He noticed and suggested that I might have been buying more insurance than necessary, which other ICBC agents had cared less. Thank you for helping me save some money.

I have had generally a good experience with this location. Representitatives were always friendly and I was satisfied with their services. However today I had rather an unpleasant experience with the young guy (Rahil Rami) at the front. When asked I told him my name is Simon and that my appointment is at around 11 am. He said ok and have a seat. Then all of sudden he yelled at me you are not Andrew and that i dont have an appointment today. I was kind of puzzled and told him I am Simon not Andrew and that there must be a mistake. He kept yelling at me "YOU DONT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TODAY" "WHERE IS YOUR CONFIRMATION? " I kept telling him are you sure and asked him to check again on the system but he wouldnt listen. So i showed him the confirmation of the email and then he apologized with blushed face. He was about to kick me out before I showed him my confirmation email. I dont think I would return to this location if I am to be serviced by him again.

UPDATE**

I came in today for a renewal and once again they didnt dissapoint once again to provide a mediocore service. Made unexperienced staff, Winnie, (the one who works at the reception) to provide a service for me because the regular staff was called in sick. She had to watch a video to learn on the spot on how to renew the automobile insurance. Ive had so much better experience at the marpole location. What a waste of time.

The parking lot is behind the office, but it is small and can be accessed by walking from nearby parking lots.

The people working at this location are super helpful! My vehicle was stuck across the street due to slush on top of sheer ice, and they lent me their office shovel and gave me a cup full of salt without hesitation. Upon returning the shovel, I also grabbed a cup of free coffee (as a CAA member I didn't feel too guilty) and we chatted about the crazy weather for a couple of minutes. Very kind folks, and I would not have gotten my car out in under an hour without them! Photo evidence of my ordeal included:)

Did some research before trying to register vehicles from out of province.
Was met by a gentleman who was decidedly non-cooperative.
He lied about requirements. And and was almost outwardly hostile.
I left as it was clear he would not be helpful.
I hope he is having a better day today.

Arrived at 430pm to do a quick Autoplan renewal and was told that they could “not fit in that day”. Hard to believe with only a couple of other customers around. Very unimpressed and will certainly not make an effort to bother trying BCAA for car insurance purposes.
