Many thanks to store Manager Lil and advisor Mark, they are super nice and devoted to helping customer resolving problems, even though I don’t think it is necessary for them to do the work for me as a customer,

Car broke down.customer service was great, the driver of Rusty’s towing was so no patient and understanding while being efficient and careful at the same time. Worth the membership even if we do not use it often maybe once in a few years but peace of mind knowing they have our back

BCAA is a complete and total scam. Read their policies and you'll find that this company does whatever it can to avoid any responsibility in the event that something happens. Here's a response I received when applying for reimbursement for a small incident:

"Coverage does not extend when vehicles are driven into an area not regularly travelled or on poorly maintained roads and/or cannot be travelled by a tow truck at 50 km per hour. These areas include but are not limited to: beaches, fields, vacant lots, construction sites, unpaved, gravel or forestry roads, impassable private or recreational roads, mud or snow-filled driveways and laneways that have not had snow removed or plowed. "

BC needs to implement alternative insurance resources and services through other providers because BCAA is a corrupt company built on sheer robbery and lies.

Came here to get my international license permit and it was really easy. Everyone who worked here were kind and courteous. Wait time was short and the agents are all super friendly. There’s a clean and comfortable waiting area too!

Went to get my international drivers license and it was done within 5 minutes. Super efficient and fast. (Prepare passport photo ahead of time)

This particular BCAA was fantastic. Friendly, helpful service. Would highly recommend it to others!

I wish they would better their customer service on Saturday. I came in 5 minutes before closing; and I was not served. They would not say 'sorry' even though I repeatedly said "the parking is terrible here, and that is why I was delayed". The response was "no we are closing up, sorry! " They are only open till 6 on workdays as well. It was interesting that the doors were open and you had people behind the counter.

This review refers to the company in general. I am delighted with my membership. Used the road side assist several times, and once again today. Friendly, fast service, conscious of my safety. Great value for money, also saves me money. Feel this organization does have very strong focus on its customers and their welfare.

This is the best choice for buying insurance. I buy travel insurance here. The staff are professional and the prices are reasonable. They can answer your questions and introduce appropriate policies to give you peace of mind.
