I recently switched h home insurance to TD. Get a free quote online before renewing with bcaa! They wanted me to renew my policy at 5200 per year and that was after loyalty savings! What a joke, I now pay 2300 with TD for the exact same coverage. I went in and sat down with a representative and asked, please tell me the difference between these 2 policies. The only thing she could say was I can't match this price. Avoid BCAA home insurance and save yourself a ton of money. Don't be like me and learn the hard way.

Service is excellent at this location. I needed maps and a travel guide for my eastern Canada destinations and they were very quick to get them for me.

I did some insurance changes to my vehicle through BCAA Lonsdale, they were welcoming, the place is really nice, they have comfortable waiting area with some hot drinks. The agent was well knowledgeable and kind, unfortunately I forgot his name.

Highly recommend BCAA on Lonsdale in North Vancouver! We had home insurance done by agent Jade! She was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and was complicated to understand, and she showed great patience with us.
