Unnecessary yapping on their phone menu. Time consuming. Unprecise instructions on how to get a call back. Hard to reach an agent.

We had the best service today at BCAA. We had a lady named Ali assist us and she was very wonderful and assisted us even past her working hours. They are all amazing in this office. We were first time car buyers in Canada and we do not know much about the transfer process. Ali was very patient and calm in explaining to us everything. Great experience!

BCAA phone service royally sucks. For years. Terrible given they are SERVICE providers. BCAA knows it - doesn't zero to acknowledge the lack workability with it.
The PEOPLE however- the LIVE ones - are phenomenal. Professional. Friendly. Every time. Broadmead location especially.

Had to make 2 trips to get my paperwork and in the past they closed 20 minutes early and would not help me.other locations always gave me good service.

O.k. Except this business is closed on weekends at BCAA, Royal Oak location You will need to visit their Hillside location centers for Sat & Sunday visits.
I wish if they'd open at least on Saturday since I live in Sidney.
For convenience you can also renew insurance on weekends at Megson Fitzpatrick or Sussex Insurance at Uptown.

Horrible service. Over an hour on the phone and nothing so I went to the location. 25 mins of sitting waiting and then they tell me they are taking the appointments first. Well why didn't you tell me that when I got there. Don't know why I have a membership you get no better pricing then any other insurance agency. I won't be renewing my membership.

Friendly service and reasonable prices for insurance. Shop there and you can't go wrong. 7 minutes to renew insurance on my truck, can anyone beat that.

Great company. Excellent for home insurance as well. Pleasant helpfull staff. Guy on reception is excellant.

Sue really knows what shes talking about and we highly recommend her. She helped us get insurance and she asked us all the right questions and there were things that we didn't even know about that she mentioned that was so helpful.
And she was amazing with our toddler, and just so easy going and nice. Which is nice to see.

Nice and friendly service. Let me know i can let my Ontario CAA still cover me until I need to renew my card and then have it switched over to BCAA which was cool. Nice that I didn't need to wait long and was on with the rest of my day

I'm not a member but they were able to squeeze me in between appointments and it was fast. I got a call back 10 mins after stopping by and leaving to browse nearby stores. The front lady and agent were both very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Love doing my insurance here. They always provide what I need without trying to hard sell me things I don't want.

Forget Disneyland, this is the happiest place on Earth! The staff here are so happy and welcoming every time we come in, and there's free coffee! And ps you do not have to be a member to buy insurance from them. Highly recommend.

A good organization to belong to. One stop shop for insurance both home and car as well as travel. Offer many perks to members.
