I’ve always had great experiences with BCAA, but this was the best. I was buying travel insurance for my travel visa and both of the ladies working at this location were incredible.

Came here for IDP. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They gave all the information pleasantly and the whole process took just 15minutes. There is coffee and hot chocolate for people to have while they wait. Very good service.

What stunning customer service. Came in just before closing on Friday. Welcomed warmly, , great coffee, short wait and then Amy Atwal one of the advisors, patiently helped me sort out my renewal. Only got out at 6: 20 when closing time was 6pm. End of s long week for me, never felt rushed or harassed to get done. Great to be treated with such kindness.

Went in to get international drivers license. Staff were fast, friendly and they had free coffee while you wait!

Went in to get an international driver's permit and was quick to get done with my application form and photo in hand. Customer service was great, friendly and offered me beverages while I waited. Only took about 15 mins to get it all completed.

Worse experience ever! Went in on Feb 28 to review my car insurance to find out that the agent "Peter" knew nothing about ICBC insurance, yet still took me in for renewal! He had no answers to every questions I asked that he had to ask one of the lady at the reception for help!
This guy has no customer service whatsoever who will keep saying "Jesus", "Christ" or "Why do you wanna do that? " in a offensive way when he is asked to do sth for his customer that he doesn't know or when he gets frustrated. (please leave Jesus out of your workplace, he's got nothing to do with your lack of knowledge on what you're selling)
At some point, we got into a huge argument of yelling at each other because a mistake was made by him! Can you believe that? Yelling at customers! Instead of trying to fix it, he just went "I can't" till the argument went big, and a lady came to see what's going on! Thankfully, the lady fixed the issue. (which the mistake can be fixed, he just doesn't know how!)
Anyway, I think the lady who helped deserves his office. A guy who knows nothing about the products/services that BCAA offers sitting in the office yelling at his customers, how ridiculous!

I went in yesterday to speak with BCAA about a travel insurance package. My planned meeting never happened and I spoke with one of the front desk staff instead. They were extremely helpful. My situation was difficult to explain and they took time to help me consider my options. I wasn't able to use them for my provider but I would recommend them for their customer service at this location. Thanks.

Wow, best customer service ever! I arrived one hour before closing, but the lady who received me (blond, Eastern European Accent - I wish I remembered her name to send her an award!) took the time to review all my options with patience and in detail. It’s even more than I had hoped for. Thank you so much! It feels good to give my business to a company who cares for their clients.

Hi, I just finished an amazing experience with a bcaa tech. They came in a reasonable time, considering it snowed today, fixed the nail in my Tire in very short time and adjusted all 4 Tire pressures. Was profession, kind, smiling and focused on his work with passion. Thank you again bcaa.

Great location for car licence renewal and travel insurance. BCAA travel insurance is lower than most and we had one claim while on holidays that was paid in full in fourteen days. Highly recommend the BCAA.

I went in for an international drivers license for an upcoming vacation. The most friendly and efficient staff! So impressed.

Terrible customer service. I was looking for a heatlh insurance within Canada and had the bad luck to speak to Harjot Malhi. She just couldn't be bothered. No matter what I asked, all seem to annoy her, all my questions were somehow stupid for her. She even rolled her eyes at me a couple of times! I call TUGO and they were actually much more helpful and friendly. If you can, better go to another bcaa office or just avoid Ms. Malhi.

This agent found every reason she could find to say she could not complete my transfer and after 40 min.wait was told by manager to go up the street and they might help. I went up the street with 21 min.left in meter and was putting my plates on with 2 min.to spare. Still scratching my head over this one. Unfortunately one terrible experience from one agent at this location gives me a bad taste for all of BCAA.
