On time, on quote, finished promptly and totally professional. These people are friendly and approachable with vast amounts of knowledge and experience.

Do NOT go there for a "out of province inspection". "Rear wiper torn" may be a reason to "faild" with next payment fo reinspection.

Friendly, knowledge people who didn't talk down to me. Service was flawless and quick. My only complaint was the disabled parking space was used for lugnut tightening which I do believe they've changed.

Decent shop. However, we choose to take our vehicles to local shops that are locally owned and operated, and it supports the locals. Choose local!

Got stuck in Nanaimo with both brake lights out and the BCAA team helped me within minutes even though they were busy and got me on my way within 20. Such a fantastic, friendly team. Really glad I chose to stop here, thanks a bunch for saving the road trip!
