We purchased an E- Bike on line and had no luck getting it serviced in Nanaimo.
Chris at BCebike was absolutely amazing, informative and above all kind. He serviced the bike and showed me what I should be doing for the bike’s maintenance. I will be returning with my bike if I need any service done, they were simply the best. Thanks!

Fantastic store with amazing staff who really took time with my husband and me. We were able to try out a couple different bikes on an actual road ride and not just in a parking lot. Chris spent a lot of time familiarizing us with the bikes and making sure we were comfortable with them before going out on the road where he rode alongside us giving helpful tips and advice. He was very patient and at no time did we feel pressured to hurry up and "catch on" nor did we feel pressured to purchase a bike. Thank you to all the staff. You really know how to do customer service right.

Recently returned to the island in the Nanaimo area and let me just say it was very discouraging calling local bike shops and all declined to service my E-bike. On a whim during my lunch I decided to bring my bike to BCebike. Within minutes of talking to Chris I felt comfortable, inviting and accepted. His vast knowledge, his personality and his customer service exceeded my expectations. Top it off he didn't promise but had mentioned there could be a chance of picking it up later that day or Saturday. Almost at 6pm the same day Chris had called and said your bike is ready. I arrived and again greeted with the same enthusiasm as earlier in the day. I wanted to thank the mechanic for the quick professional service he did on my bike. Out came Rob and again was blown away with his professionalism and knowledge. It was like talking with family. Your not treated like a customer like the other places, it's beyond that with Rob and Chris at BCebike. I'll for sure be bringing the "The General Lee" back for for all my repairs. These guys are the best in the E-bike business and should be your only choice for your electric bike needs on Vancouver Island.

Best place on the island for Ebike’s. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable family owned business. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else if good service by great people is what you are looking for.

Couldn't be nicer and more helpful. Most shops I have visited before BCE dont offer you coffee and clif bars along with useful info.

Top to bottom, start to finish, it was a fantastic purchasing experience! Chris took me on my demo ride and thoroughly explained everything I asked and allowed me to test drive different models I was interested in. It really was a wonderfully different experience than I’ve ever encountered at any other bike shop. I highly recommend and am super excited to put some trail behind me on my awesome new ride! Thank you guys!

The purchase of our Ebikes could not have been a better experience. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about their bikes and products and Sassy was so patient with us on our demo ride as we knew nothing about Ebikes.

We’ve been enjoying our eBikes for over a month now and can actually ride to places we’ve never been.
